The best thing about this place was the location but unfortunately you can't sleep on the beach. The blankets where dirty and the sheets. I had to sweep the room and the dirty was horrible. Then I asked for a mop clean it 4 times, I had to get a towel and wipe down the room because it was so dusty. It was a horrible experience. I didn't leave because they wouldn't refund my money and I didn't have money to go anywhere else but I did leave a day early because I couldn't take it anymore, my room smelled so bad and they were bugs in my room and the bed was so uncomfortable. The worst experience ever. It you don't care about all of this then enjoy, lol.

This is the worse of the worse place ever stayed in my entire life. I payed for 1 day stay and checked out less then 10min. Nasty floor, pubic hair everywhere in a bed sheet and blanket. I would rather stayed on my car or beach instead of this hotel. Never ever gonna recommend this place.

It's a great place to stay close to the beach and the gay bars. An inexpensive option in town to lay your head after heavy drinking at the gay bars. Did not see anyone on check in or check out. Very close to Aqua and Blue Moon. Had dinner at Ava's across the street. That was really good pizza!

We stayed at Summer Place Hotel. Ashley Biden hosted the Rehoboth Summer Kickoff Party at Diego's to honor of Beau Biden and Blade Foundation’s Steve Elkins Memorial Fellowship in Journalism. We found the accommodations what you would expect for the price. It was convenient to the beach and the bars. There were some cringe moments but for the price, you can't go wrong with this place. Hostel like, the place is a budget-friendly, sociable accommodation and we would stay again.

This place was disgusting. Lobby was shady. Bed was hard and linens dirty. We checked in and left 5 hours later. There was no way I was sleeping there. Just gross.
