Relaxing and calming vibe. Very clean!!! Sound bath and sauna were wonderful. Appreciate all the effort taken to make the experience perfect at every stage.

My husband and I went here for our first time today and it was a great experience! Booking was easy and Cherice is wonderful! Explains everything and is very nice. The room was clean, nice amenities, calm music, and just a very relaxing experience. At the end Cherice handed us a written note of her appreciation and a nice gift. That was a really lovely surprise. I love the thoughtfulness she put into that. Thank you so much for this awesome experience! I HIGHLY recommend Prism!

I had the most lovely time yesterday at Prism. The space is expertly crafted with love and care, from the moment you walk in, the sights, sounds, and smells set the perfect healing tone. I tried out the vibroacuostic therapy for the first time and LOVED it. I’ll definitely be making a trip back (even though it’s an hour long drive). The owner was so thoughtful and sweet, she gifted me a self-love card deck she created and wrote me such a sweet birthday note! Highly, HIGHLY recommend!!

I love my sound healing experience at Prism Saunas and Sound. I treated myself to a healing experience for my birthday and it did not disappoint. I appreciate the call from the sound healing specialist before I arrived and all the special touches from the staff. The space was gorgeous and relaxing. I look forward to adding this to my regular self maintenance routine.

Any time I go to Prism it’s the highlight of my week! The owner is so so kind and so is everyone I have interacted with there! You have many options to customize your service with different temps and types of light therapy if you’d like. Not to mention it is always pristinely clean - you’d think you were the first ever person to sit in your sauna! I recommend them to ANYONE and EVERYONE I can! Definitely check them out if you are dealing with any sort of health issue that saunas/sound baths can help with or if you just want to treat yourself!

My experience at Prism Saunas and Sound was excellent. The atmosphere is very pleasant, clean and serene. During the Vibroacoustic Sound Therapy, I actually felt the movement of my lymph fluid. I will definitely include this service in my wellness journey.

This place has changed my life, literally. The owner is the most amazing human and the space is so peaceful at every visit. My health has vastly improved after even my first few visits, but I’ve been going consistently for almost a year and have never been disappointed. As someone who was diagnosed early with a chronic condition, this was exactly what I needed to get myself motivated. My health is at its peak and it’s improved my quality of life. Thank you, Prism. 💕
