Embassy Suites Northwest Arkansas - Hotel, Spa & Convention Center

Husband (veteran) & I had booked a room 05/16/26 for a romantic evening & morning away from craziness of the office thinking we could relax in the pool, enjoy dinner & breakfast the next morning. So disappointing due to baseball kids allowed to run screaming around the floors, to which I finally yelled to stip the rough housing near the landings before someone got hurt. The pool had young & older kids allowed to body-surf in the pool room while parents looked on. Because my husband has tinnitus, it set his ringing off which gives him a horrible headache & he gets physically ill. This could have been prevented by management enforcement of their sound rules laying on the check-in desk. Breakfast was tolerable buy coffee tasted burnt. Our thermostat wasn't working either & it was either cold or very warm in our room. Employees were very kind buy I suspect they didn't want to say anything to some of the snobby people allowing this disrespectful behavior. I even watched adults & kids cutting thru lines or between individuals with full lack of courtesy. I wouldn't recommend this place to any Service member or anyone having any disability.

Great location. More than ample parking. Excellent breakfast buffet and omelet bar. Friendly staff.

Very nice, clean rooms, the kids loved the glass elevator and the staff were accommodating.

We did not have a good experience here. Our accessible room had many issues including a shower chair that was pulling out of the wall and a door notifier that was simply missing. Overnight temperatures were in the 30s but the boiler was turned off so there was no heat in the building. Exterior door openers did not work. Staff was kind and caring and tried to help but had no authority or resources to fix any of these. After our stay management assured me these would all be repaired but I have no was of knowing if they were. I will not return.

They have three Front Desk Agents at busy times and the Banquet/ Meeting rooms are spacious with Water Service. JJ's Bar and grill down a ways is awesome to get area locals vibe!!

Bed and pillows are RIDICULOUSLY uncomfortable. Already was having trouble falling sleeping. Then the whole building or floor starts rumbling and metal noises in the room rattling. Thought it was some big truck driving by but then it never stopped.

After a long travel day I was excited to find a hotel that had a restaurant. Sadly, there’s no servers and your only choice is the bartender that approaches you with a snarky, “what do you need” when you stand at the bar. I’m sure having the Walmart convention here she’s feeling overwhelmed, I mean you could see it on her face she couldn’t handle the bar at six pm when most people were still getting the complementary wine and her bar was only half full. Since she was so rude we chose to order food in, which at that point I could have stayed at any hotel. The woman who checked me in was off putting as well. Of course I’m from Utah, and no, I don’t calendar where/when Walmart has their yearly conventions in Arkansas and know what location they’ll be at when I choose my hotel selection for the night, lol. She acted like the place was sold out until she asked if I was a Hilton honors member. She noticed I’m a diamond member and didn’t say thank you, ask if I had guests, nor offer waters but I’ll survive, lol. The whole facility is dated. Half the water fixtures are t working or are improperly working with weird white bubbles and drainage issues. The lock to our door also doesn’t work. Be prepared to walk and take your own luggage. For the whole facility they only have two cart racks, and I can guarantee none of the staff will be willing to help you. The only parking is at the front, so if you’re in the spa building, you’ll be walking quite a bit!
