Hyatt Place Bentonville/Rogers

I'd stay here every time I travel... If I could afford it. But, the experience matches the higher price. Large spacious rooms. Immediately off I-49. Wonderful free breakfast which is of a higher quality than most mispriced chains. Very well decorated. Online reservation was seamless with the efficient check in. TIP: The sink has little counter space. Set up the ironing board next to it for temporary additional shelf space.

Slight smoke smell but for the price who cares.

Great customer service.. assistant manager and GM went out of their way to take care of us. Looking forward to staying here next time we are in town! Thank you!!

Clean and quiet stay!

We recently stayed at Hyatt Place and had a great experience. One of the first things we noticed was how updated and modern the hotel feels. The recent renovations have really improved the overall look and atmosphere, making it feel fresh, clean, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. We stayed in a double-bed room, and the size was impressive. There was plenty of space for our family to spread out without feeling cramped. The room layout was well thought out and included a comfortable work desk, which was convenient for checking emails and getting a little work done during our stay. We also appreciated having a small refrigerator in the room for drinks and snacks, which is always a nice bonus when traveling. Another feature we really enjoyed was the large L-shaped couch. It provided plenty of seating and made the room feel more like a suite than a standard hotel room. It was a great place to relax, watch TV, or gather together after a long day. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. The updated furnishings and finishes gave the room a modern feel while still being comfortable and practical. One of the best aspects of this hotel is the value. Considering the quality of the accommodations, the updated facilities, the spacious room, and the extra living space provided by the couch, the price was very reasonable. It’s not always easy to find a hotel that offers this much space and comfort at a good rate. Overall, Hyatt Place delivered an excellent stay. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, modern, spacious hotel that offers great value for the money.

Overall really good hotel, only issue is both times I have stayed here there had been construction taking place on the hotel.
