Hyatt House Bentonville / Rogers

Basic, dated but functional. Very good breakfast for a "House": eggs are better than many other higher end hotels, tasty sausage patties, and fresh fruit salad including berries. Gym: small, no math. Two precor treadmills and one elliptical, plus a peloton bike. Rooms: big, a little dark. Excellent service, very responsive and making an effort to make sure you have a good stay. I had an issue with the climate system in the room. Staff was apologetic and they come to fix it right away - impressed!

Rooms dated but roomy and clean. Need more staff for breakfast service. They couldn't keep up with eggs, oatmeal or plates and silverware. Easy to get to.

Everythings always perfect love the the place. the work out room is great 👍.

The thermostat in the room didn't go above 69°F but it was stupid cold outside. The bed was high (but I'm only 4'11") but super comfortable, the shower was nice & hot with excellent water pressure. The breakfast was delicious! Which I never say about any hotel, but quietly of mentioning. The staff was really friendly also. Will definitely recommend.

The hotel is showing its age, and the photos reflect that. For a Hyatt House, the offering is pretty limited. While you do get a separate sitting area, the furniture feels dated and worn. The kitchenette includes a small microwave, refrigerator, sink, and coffee amenities, though these weren’t replenished during the stay. The shower only produced lukewarm water at best, and the shower curtain was noticeably short. The bedroom HVAC is extremely loud and intrusive, making it hard to ignore. On the positive side, the location is convenient — close to Pinnacle and Uptown — though there’s not much else of note nearby. The chair I was presented with at the bedroom desk was awful !

Comfortable beds bigger than average rooms ... All in all a great experience

The hotel itself was nothing to write home about. It could use some decoration upgrades. The hot tub was out of commission, so maybe they’re starting on them. It’s clean though, so that makes up for the lack of decor. What made this place great was the staff and the complementary breakfasts. It wasn’t just the usual bagels and toast affair. There was bread pudding, cheesy grits, steel cut oats and French toast. We were here from Thursday to Monday. Every morning was something different. The staff were all so sweet and made us feel welcome. Not to mention it is conveniently located near the Greenway. Thanks for the great Staycation!
