This place was awesome and truly spooky haha. Stayed on the 14th floor and you can smell hospital it was crazy. No other floors smelled like that. Going back to the room at night the emergency exit door opened up on its own which was really spooky and the hallway got super cold. Fun place to stay and spooky at the same time. Everything was very clean and warm cookies provided upon check in!

Absolutely great service checking in,the bartender was great ,easy parking right next door,but if you choose to have valet ,it's available, random knocks on the door are kinda ok,14th floor by the way

Pretty good. No haunted experiences for me sadly but that’s alright. Solid hotel. I do wish they wouldn’t soften the water as I could not rinse the soap off when showering, so I am taking off points for that. Aside from that I’d stay again.

We were displaced from our original accommodations (different hotel) as our room had issues and they were booked. They called and sent us here. Reuben was AMAZING. He made everything seamless. The staff at the bar were also very friendly as well as housekeeping this morning. This is a unique hotel and we will be back.

I originally booked my room through the answering service and clearly explained my request. However, when I arrived at the hotel, the room I was given was completely wrong, which was very disappointing. I went to the front desk and spoke with Johnny, and he immediately stepped in to help. He personally walked me to a different room that not only met my expectations but had a great view as well. Johnny truly turned the situation around and made my stay enjoyable for me and my family for fiesta. Thank you so much for the excellent service!

Close to the Alamo and food is great. Nice environment.
