Great hotel and great employees and and great service

Beautiful place and fabulous staff!

Great location but this place is very old. The water pressure was horrible, the bed had a dip in it. They did not change/clean daily....they just made up the bed. They wanted to charge an extra $50 for a microwave, smh. This is a very old resort in a great location. The coffee maker didnt work, they didn't replace the cups during clean up, didn't change towels neither just made up the bed. Thats why they charge a $75 fee if you check out before ...they know this hotel is outdated, the pool area looks nice but didnt feel heated at described and fire pits were scarce to try and sit around for smores.

Great job I really loved it thanks to an easy check in with Mirana she was awesome and treated us very nicely and professionally. I would love to stay again and hope that we continue to visit back at this hotel in the near future.

A little gem of a family resort just outside of Downtown San Diego. This hotel has a fun retro motif throughout and features 3 pools and some great dining. Arlo was a highlight- excellent food, friendly staff and incredible atmosphere!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt it was important to share this experience. We stayed at the resort expecting a comfortable and restful night, but unfortunately there was significant noise that continued until approximately 2:00 a.m. Despite our efforts to sleep, the noise made it nearly impossible to get the rest we needed. The property itself is attractive and the location is convenient, which makes the experience even more disappointing. When guests pay for a hotel stay, one of the most basic expectations is being able to sleep through the night. We booked this stay using Southwest Rapid Rewards points and looked forward to our visit. I hope management will review what occurred during our stay and consider ways to better address late-night noise disturbances so future guests do not have the same experience.

Came here for my birthday weekend, and paid extra for a “snazzy“ king room that promised to “feature big views… overlooking the resort or Mission Valley.” This was our balcony view.

We had an amazing experience on our stay here. Great services and wonderful resort, my kids love the water slide and also we want to give an applause for Angel for making sure of the safety of the kids and for giving us a warm welcome to Town&Country. We will be coming back this summer!
