About this place Beck's Motor Lodge

Beck's Motor Lodge is a welcoming gay-friendly motel located on Market Street in San Francisco, positioned between the vibrant Castro and Mission neighborhoods. The hotel has a very unique aesthetic and is impeccably maintained. The staff provide excellent customer service and do a great job of ensuring a respectful and peaceful atmosphere for all guests. They offer free parking, the check-in process was incredibly quick, and the room was spotless. At check-out, they were very accommodating and allowed us to keep our car parked for an additional three hours, giving us plenty of time to enjoy breakfast at a relaxed pace and explore a bit more of the city before heading to the airport.

Broken air conditioning made the stay miserable in a cramped, mildew smelling room. Terrible customer service and management. Should be half the price.

It’s clean and a motor lodge. What else are you looking for.

Between the small, musty room, aggressive staff, and generally unpleasant atmosphere, this property was not worth the price. The room was small, smelled musty, and the shower never got beyond lukewarm, and terrible customer service. I would not stay here again.
