My family and I stayed here and we loved it. The managers were helpful and informative with everything we needed. Good breakfast, too.

Great value hotel in a central & safe part of downtown SF. The rates were very reasonable and check in was all digital so super efficient - no waiting in line. It’s a hotel from the 1920s I think so it is older but has character. The staff were friendly and helpful. This is a great option if you want something with more reasonable rates in SF.

It was pretty comfortable, I really enjoyed my stayed here.

The complimentary breakfast was a very nice surprise because we weren't expecting it. And the breakfast was decent. Location of the hotel was excellent. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was attentive, polite and helpful.

We were thoroughly satisfied with our week-long stay; everything was perfect. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good by American standards: Coffee, tea, decaffeinated coffee, almond milk, yogurt, various cereals, fruit, toast, various pastries, sausages, scrambled/fried eggs, and potato wedges. Paper plates and cups were provided. Guests are expected to clear their own tables, which unfortunately not all guests seem to do. The staff's role here is essentially just to replenish the buffet, as is typical. Great location, with a pizzeria next door, etc., and many attractions within walking distance.

This is a delightful hotel. It’s over 115 years old and is full of charm. The location is fabulous (3 minutes to Chinatown) and the staff are gracious and make you feel at home. Very reasonably priced for a downtown hotel and remarkably quiet. Rooms are very clean with comfortable cotton bedding and fluffy towels. I plan on returning soon.

Love the area!!! Very convenient and nice neighborhood. Walgreens nearby and you can buy sandwiches or drinks if you need for your dinner or lunch. Restaurants around the block. Check your choice. The restaurants may fit your choices, taste and budget. Breakfast buffet EXCELLENT!. (7-10 am). Our rooms were very nearby some kind of very constant sound of heat(?) or air conditioning (?). During night time seems to be more notoriously because of the quietness night time, they couldn't move us to another room, the building was full. Our wine was a great welcoming that we enjoyed with our sandwiches: THANK YOU!!. One of the bathrooms did not have working the fan extractor. Parking site was nearby and by Sutter Avenue and you need to leave your car and your keys there with the attendant. Car was returned as the way we left it. That part was kind of uncomfortable and at the end everything went fine. Very clean building.

A simple hotel, but very well located for exploring the city. The rooms are spacious and clean. They aren't cleaned daily, and if you want them to be, there's an extra charge. The buffet is very basic and has little variety, but that's to be expected from a three-star hotel. We were very comfortable at the Executive Hotel Vintage Court.

We have many good things to highlight about this hotel, including: excellent location, cleanliness, good maintenance, and very good breakfasts. However, we want to specially highlight the professional, dedicated, personalized, friendly, and warm attention of the manager, Mr. Vincent Urbain. We only have words of gratitude for the excellent treatment we have received from him, for the valuable information and guidance he has provided us, for the details with which he has made our stay extremely pleasant and unique, and which we will remember forever.
