Horrible service at front desk. Never have I been so disrespected in my life. Staff doesn’t care at all about customer service. When asked to cancel my stay ( didn’t even check in ) they said that they can’t cancel and only the service we used to reserve can do that. When I called them they said that the hotel refuses to refund us. Don’t stay here! Unless you want to be disrespected and waste your money

The location was great. The facilities were good too. The room was a good size, but the walls were thin so it was noisy. The people next to us chain-smoked cigarettes, on the balcony, so we could not enjoy our balcony. Our room smelt like weed, I think it was coming through the vent, from the same people next door. They had a tub, would gave been nicer with a walk in shower. Not enough counter space of I person. But, it was clean and the staff was friendly.

Great hotel. The location is excellent for the harbor area, Golden Gate Bridge, and Alcatraz, but it's a bit far from the city center. The service is good, and the hotel is a lot of fun with many games and activities. My least favorite thing is that check-in is very late, at 4 PM.

Great location and very fun game patio. Rooms are small, often loud (hear the toilets flush next door). Shower head 6 ft tall, I'm 6'2", I hate having to bend over in the shower. One thing that was over-the-top fun...they gave us Smores kits to roast and enjoy on the patio, very nice. We really enjoyed them.

Such a good stay. Perfect if you have kids or a group. The rooms are clean and the courtyard is perfect for play and gathering at the end of the day. The parking is so convenient. Sadly about $25 more than the other options tho. The rooms were clean, comfortable. Would def stay again
