Although the building is a bit dated, it looked like the most impressive hotel in downtown San Francisco.

Had the pleasure of staying here for a conference. I totally enjoyed my stay. From the warm reception of the front desk to the attention placed in keeping my room clean by housekeeping everyday. It is in a great location with access to all SF has to offer. Would definitely stay here again.

Very disappointing! Water pressure in shower was so weak. Room service was not available. Balcony was requested. We got balcony but facing building. For the price it was not worth it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great stay during a business trip to San Francisco. The location is outstanding—right in the heart of the city and incredibly convenient for meetings, dining, shopping, and public transportation. Everything I needed was within easy reach. The room was on the smaller side, so it may not be ideal for a long vacation or for travelers looking for extra space, but it was perfectly adequate and comfortable for a business trip. Most importantly, the room was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful. A couple of things to note: there is no swimming pool, and I've heard that parking can be quite expensive (around $100 per day), although I didn't have a car with me so that wasn't an issue. Overall, I would definitely stay here again for business travel. The prime location, cleanliness, and great service make it an excellent choice.
