Hotel Glorieta
Visitors often praise the hotel's Southwestern vibe, aesthetics, and convenient location, with some finding their accommodations comfortable and well-appointed. However, a common complaint is the dated and insufficient lighting in rooms, with some also mentioning issues like damp smells, lack of modern amenities like USB outlets, and temperamental air conditioning.

Excellent service from all the staff: reception, dining room, and cleaning. They were very friendly, helpful, and always smiling, seeking customer satisfaction. A round of applause for these people who strive to make it a pleasant stay. However, things are getting worse every day. Now there's no soap in the bathroom, and breakfast is no longer included as it used to be.
Rooms were beautiful, but painted so dark and had limited lighting. Bathroom was so dark, you couldn't see your makeup. AC unit was super loud and pillows were honestly terrible. Plugged in a charger and when we removed it, the whole wall outlet came out of the wall. Told the front desk and the girl working just walked away! Other staff was friendlier. Pool was nice, but pool bar wasn't open and the sauna didn't work. While the room was spacious for 4 people, this isn't a place I would recommend for families with kids, especially young ones. We ended up eating breakfast at the hotel (it's held in the bar) and honestly, the set up was odd. Food was ok. Sadly didn't make it there in the evening for a drink - the vibe would be much better in the evening.
Terrible. Not enough staff at front desk- the person working could not login. After waiting 45 minutes cancelled my reservation. Not sleek or well appointed. The only thing going is their landscaping but since you’re not sleeping outside it doesn’t count.
Director of Sales Theresa to her Banquet server Patricia and Chef Josh, and of course Bartender Noah what a phenomenal team they are! We held a graduation party that from start to finish this team was instrumental going above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met and more! Our group consisted of 120+ and we recieved many compliments on how this venue exceeded everyone's expectations. We will definitely book more events in the future! Rooms were very clean, morning breakfast in Lady Duff's Lounge and late nite drinks amazing atmosphere!
Please do your homework before reserving room at this hotel. This place is not up to code to say the least.
This is a great hotel with very comfortable beds. The property is dog-friendly and offers plenty of space for walks. The pool is lovely and includes a bar and sauna. I would definitely stay here again.
