DO NOT BOOK AND STAY HERE. The staff here is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I booked a room for April in March and have the confirmation for the amount. Two days before staying was charged $1220 for two rooms when i had confirmation for $200. I called and was told nope that's the amount and your paying it. i cancelled it well over 24 hours in advance before checking in. They still charged me and i filed a dispute with my card company and they never even cancelled my reservation and just marked me as a no call no show. The staff spoke to me so poorly and said when i called to cancel "you will be charged anyways" and laughed.
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!. ROOMS ARE CLEAN BUT OLD AND HAVE BEEN WORN BADLY. 11:30 pm awoke to fire alarm. The patrons next to us decided to try and shut there's off instead of vacating the building. Which in turn left there alarm on ALL NIGHT!!!. There's NOT a clerk on duty all night. Don't have coffee makers. Don't give you disposable cups for water, don't have an ice chest. Don't furnish Shampoo or Conditioner. Worse experience ever. Wouldn't give a refund or discount. So yourself a favor and use a better hotel close by. (Plenty of them).
One of the nicest last-moment motels I have stayed at. Room was immaculate. 2-burner induction(?) stove, full-sized fridge, big microwave oven and working TV. Very friendly lady at front desk at around 4PM on 6 June. Thank you!
They say they’re pet friendly, but can’t have cats but can have dogs that ain’t pet friendly that’s dog friendly
Some tenents don't care for the no smoking rule even though there's a Fire Allarm inside the rooms. When the fire alarm does go off it takes way to long to be reset, and that doesn't work well for long end stays with a toddler, seeing that it "Tripped" 8 times the past 2 weeks and half of those times it was in the middle of the night. There's also alot of road noise since its close to a highway, so you need to get use to waking up at 5 in the morning.
Stayed here for a few days on the 3rd floor wont happen again right away if i return. All you smell at night and weekend's is weed and cigarettes. I'm guessing its from workers who lives there. People was banging on doors late to get into rooms almost every night I was there hallways was dirty not kept up with. There also seems like theres a lot of people on drugs . I asked for a manager multiple times. I was told one time that she was but didnt act professional at all Saturday. Otherwise there was some employees that was very nice and respectful. If you dont mind the cigarette and weed smell and dirty hallways I would say book it.
