Two bed room are a nice size

The day of check out I realized I was double charged. I tried calling and speaking to Leonna to "manager" "corporate" the "gm" she explains, she would not let me fully speak. She continued to argue without letting me get out what my real issue is. She also hung up on me 3 times. She is extremely rude and unprofessional. My bank will not do anything because the system the hotel uses would be able to go in and stop the pending charge, but the manger won't even listen to a word I have to say. I also would like to point out that I stayed 2 nights and both nights I was woke up by the emergency fire alarm. We had to evacuate twice until cleared. I stayed Friday night and Saturday night. Saturday morning at 6 am the fire alarm went off. Also Sunday at 4am the fire alarm went off. Im sure the fire department does not appreciate being called over because people like to smoke in the building. It is a non smoking building yet the whole building smells like cigarette smoke or weed when you walk in. The bathroom was dirty, with hair and dirty all over the floor like it wasn't even cleaned. Again the manger was not helpful, was extremely rude and unprofessional, sarcastic and hung up on me 3 times. She was condescending and explained this happens all of the time. Then sounds like there is an issue on the hotels end. There is absolutely no other way to contact someone since it is private owned.

I am very much enjoying my stay here. It is clean the rooms are big. They have a kitchenette everything works properly and you get a full sized fridge. The bed is very comfortable. This is a good place to stay they even let us bring our dog. Leona was very helpful and so are the rest of the staff. They have laundry facilities an elevator and the parking lot is clean.

Birch Hill Suites in South Bend is very clean and accommodating. Leona has been very nice, helpful and professional. Kitchenette rooms are perfect for long stays.

Pretty nice hotel. Clean and amazingly nice staff. I had one small request and they were able to accommodate right away which was awesome. Also really like the small kitchenette. Super convenient and surprisingly modern with a big fridge and an induction stovetop unlike other extended stays I've been in where they just give you a hot plate. Very nice, I would definitely recommend. And the price is very reasonable for weekly stays or even a night compared to surrounding places.

Thank u BHS for having me as a guest. Keeping my room clean and helping me out with transferring from another state to Indiana. I am a Union Worker( IBEW) and the special rate that the GM has provided for ALL OF us Union workers has help majorly. The staff is helpful and the building is clean. Thank u so much for the hospitality!!!!!

The service is great and everyone is very welcoming and helpful. The bed was a little high for this short person to climb on, but the comfort was worth it.
