Very clean hotel and rooms

Another guest was allowed to have his two dogs roaming free in the front lobby. When I entered with my service dog, she was attacked by them and I was forced to kick his dogs off. Completely unacceptable and no apology. Aggressive dogs, no matter the size, should be permitted, especially roaming free. Zero excuses for this incident to happen.

I was driving back to California from Washington with a truck and camping trailer. Doug and Keurha were amazing! All the spots were filled with other cars, so they came out personally to guide me to a safe and secure place to park. Doug and Keurha are the most professional and customer friendly people I have met in a long time throughout my travels. The room was clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable and I had a great night sleep! Thank you to the staff at Hampton Inn!!

Room was okay (except for several stains on carpet), but we had to throw away our expensive leftovers because fridge in room did not work. Went down to desk twice to express my concerns and was told management would contact me. It has been a week and no call or follow up! No microwave in the room and lobby coffee was lukewarm. Also, the parking lot is VERY small, especially if you are towing anything or driving a moving truck. Someone tried to steal our trailer during the night (they unhooked everything until they realized the hitch was locked) & we were parked on the busy, street side!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It seems very clean, it's new, it doesn't smell bad, and the service is excellent. I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely stay here every time I come to this city. Thank you.
