Hilton Stockton

We booked during construction and were unaware. The booking agent did not say anything on the phone. The parking lot is crammed because half the lot is blocked off for construction I guess. Lots of super loud jack hammering going on. Elevators were not in working order when we arrived so we had to cary our luggage up 2 flights of stairs, which wouldn't be a big deal but we play baseball and have ball bags and ice chests that we can't leave in the car. Fire alarm went off a bit ago for 30 seconds or so. No call or explanation. Pool and hot tub area were nice. Rooms are clean but no streaming services. That was a bummer. We did find good food that was under 3 miles away.

When I made this reservation there was no indication of remodeling at all. I told the desk person when I went to complain about everything that wasn’t working and she said “oh it’s been in the website for 4 months” I looked again on the website and there is nothing saying there is a remodel going on. I had gone to the elevators and neither were working and there was no information regarding how you could exit. I paid a premium for this hotel and didn’t get my moneys worth at all. I want a discount for the inconvenience. I know things happen but aren’t elevators supposed to be checked regularly so this situation doesn’t happen? I would not recommend this hotel ant all. Next day: This hotel is in Stockton. I’m in room 343 tonight as well. I just returned to my room and it hasn’t been made up. I was walking g down the stairs and noticed an older woman struggling with large luggage from a floor above mine so I helped her even thought I have back problems as well and would help if I had an elevator. Now, I will have to walk my bags down as well! Your company sucks!

I’m currently staying at this hotel for work, and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. On my third day of my stay, I found a cockroach in my room and immediately reported it to the front desk before leaving for work. I requested that the room be cleaned while I was gone. Around 3:00 p.m., I received a call asking if I still wanted the room cleaned, which I confirmed. When I returned that evening, the room had still not been serviced. After speaking with the front desk, I was asked to wait in the lobby while housekeeping cleaned the room. I waited about 40 minutes, and no one informed me when it was finished—I eventually went upstairs to check myself. The manager was very apologetic and suggested moving me to a different room, which I appreciated. They also offered complimentary breakfast. Unfortunately, after moving all of my belongings into the new room, I found visible trash on the floor and what appeared to be smeared chocolate on the carpet. I reported it, waited another 30 minutes for someone to inspect the room, and the employee who came by told me they personally wouldn’t stay in that room and recommended moving again. By this point, I was exhausted after a full day of work and had already spent much of my evening packing, unpacking, and waiting. The only room the hotel had available was a double-queen room, even though I had originally booked a king room, so I had no choice but to accept it. I understand that unexpected issues can happen, and I appreciate that the manager was apologetic and tried to help. However, the repeated housekeeping issues, delays, lack of communication, and having to move rooms twice made this an extremely frustrating experience. As someone staying here for work for an extended period, I expected much better from a Hilton property.

I stayed at this location on a work trip, and it was a total nightmare. The ice machines are contaminated! I stayed there from April 26th, 2026 to April 29th, 2026 and was admitted to the hospital for contamination! The hotel has done nothing about the matter, and later tried to forward me to an insurance company that has done nothing about the matter thus far. If you have stayed there and incurred any illnesses from the ice, file a case with the local health department. Get a lawyer as well. If you have to stay at this hotel, do not consume the ice! If you are the owner, you should know a case was filed with the hotel directly, the Hilton hotel chain, and the environmental Health Department of San Joaquin County who proved the negligence and black gunk making the hotel guests sick.

Water in bathroom sink smelled like rotten eggs and shower had No water pressure. Two elevators but, one was broken and the one that did work was questionable. Front entrance was covered in vomit. The back of property was covered in trash. Make sure if the website offers a balcony. You get an actual balcony and not a 16 inch deep cage. Looks more like an window sill than a balcony. Breakfast was ok. The only good thing about the hotel was the customer service. Front desk was very polite and helpful. Housekeeping was very polite and so was the Breakfast attendants.

Really enjoyed my stay at this Hilton hotel in Stockton. The value for the price was excellent, and the hotel felt clean, comfortable, and much higher quality than expected for the cost. The rooms were nice, the staff was friendly, and everything felt very convenient and well maintained. One thing I especially loved was the location right by Marshall’s and all the nearby shopping and restaurants. But the biggest bonus for me was the row of Tesla Superchargers right outside. As a Tesla owner, that convenience makes a huge difference. I was able to charge my car for around $10 while gas prices are pushing close to $6 a gallon. That alone made the stay even better. Overall, this hotel offers great affordability, comfort, and convenience all in one place. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Stockton.
