Im from out of state booked on booking.com for 2 day stay room was dirty smelled and was supposed to be no smoking room bed sheets we're stained found ants on my bed front desk was rude and even said you cant be outside your room past 10 would not recommend I canceled my reservation for the second night with no refunds wound not stay again

Room was priced right and as clean as it could be. Manager was pretty good but had trouble communicating with her through the bullet proof thick glass.

Needed a last minute room. Price was good. It was hard to understand the guy at the desk due to the bulletproof window. We got there at midnight and the parking lot was a bit sketchy. The bed was super comfortable but when I went to take a shower it was barely a trickle coming from the shower head. Atleast the A/C worked great and blew ice cold!

Where to start..this hotel experience was absolutely HORRIBLE. The only good thing was the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful in trying to remedy the situation. I checked in around 11pm and the room was disgusting, holes in the wall, the blanket was paper thin with cigarette holes, the sheets had red marks on them on both sides, the pillows & cases were disgustingly filthy. Thats not the worst part though, giant roaches were in the room and the bathroom. I went to front desk & he changed me to a different room, as soon as I walked in there were roaches on the bed, bathtub & desk. I checked out and left immediately. Needless to say even the price doesn't reflect the upkeep of this place. 10/10 would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Polite and very accomodating front desk attendants. Quick access to convenience stores and 2 Hart stops for public transport. Room had the essentials.

I stayed in a hotel room in Tampa and found bugs. The room was not sanitary. I checked out immediately and want to report this to county health dept

ive been stayimg here last 3 or 4 days i wish i could make it a five star rating all the way around.the rooms are decent i think its the way ppl treat others things property ect.the staff are kind helpful ard working and hard working.this will always be my go to hotel.

My room was apparently a homicide scene it appears, It looks like someone kicked in the door then 1 or more got blasted with a sawed off shotgun based on the blood splatter and damage too the walls etc.

Stayed a week, my room was very decent,marble counter was great for cutting coffee packages open, I can never just rip them, they're just too small...lol..had single bed $85 per day...I don't like that they charge tax and $50 deposit, but they're not the only ones. Floor was relatively clean, compared to other hotels around that intersection..I like to walk barefoot inside,so I noticed. Ice dispenser works, it's right by the pool. Was able to get deposit back quickly without hassle, it's probably better if you pay cash, cards always take too long IMHO. Of course, the traffic noise spoils the stay..ac actually worked well and didn't have that weird smell..I don't know if every room is that good but 229 was decent. It had a nice desk with chair as well,and I didn't have to eat on the bed,good bedspread too, but there's a gap between the headboard and pillows kept falling through there,that was a problem, and the bed has iron things that stick up and hurt your legs/knees if you accidentally come too close,so beware of that. I like the location because it's close to bus 12:and 39, dollar general, gluten free bakery, Asharma food truck, tire shop,and corner hood store that sells gas and that really helps me because I can't see well enough to drive
