I had to be evacuated from my house because of a flood and the manager paid for my stay. The hotel is nice and there is nice people here, but there are some pros and cons. Pros- nice room, nice air conditioning, nice people, comfortable bedding, in front of Del Amo mall, and overall just relaxing. Cons- there is black mold in my shower, A BUNCH of spiders (I have arachnophobia), 5 dollars just to wash some clothes and the washers smell like mildew, no free breakfast only some coffee, oatmeal, a muffin and a nutrigrain bar, my window won’t open, dirty floor, the bathroom door keeps closing and not staying open, the shower curtain is built weird and keeps rolling down, and also PLEASE bring your own stuff. There is no shampoo, no pots, no pans, no plates. No shampoo, no washing liquid, no NOTHING. ALSO there is a pincher big infestation in the bathroom! The vent doesn’t work in the bathroom and there is NO air circulation in the bathroom, no windows. After a steamy shower, the bathroom remains humid. A perfect hang out for pincher bugs. The internet sucks and you have to pay for better internet, staff takes too long to assist you at the front desk and the people are also useless. There is no oven, the stove is electric and takes YEARS to cook a piece of bacon, and my refrigerator sounds like a bunch of fireworks being set off, there are RATS TOO! This hotel is 😣
Checked in here for 1 night and the room that we were given as soon as you open the door you get hit with an awful smell. AC won’t shut off unless you unplug it, no remote for the tv, bathroom sink plugged up, mold around the tub, mattress is worn out on the left side. Oh and in the bathroom near the toilet water gushing out from under the wood laminate floor. I regret checking in here but had to endure being our last night in LA. Do not stay here!
The Hotel Management and Staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Erica, Bobby, and all Staff!
Bobby and Erica are very great hard workers They have been helping us and has been very great throughout this whole time they are very helpful and takes there job seriously and helps keep the front desk area running smoothly. .Bobby is also very helpful and always has a smile and works hard and always busy. Bobby and Erica has been extremely supportive throughout our stay and accommodates us .Thank you Bobby and Erica for all your continuous help. Would recommend to everyone
Erica the assistant manager was a big help and very professional
No hook in bathroom to hang clothes/towels, no shampoo, no items for kitchen (such as pots/pans, dishes, utensils, cups, mugs), no dishwashing liquid-havw to ask for it at front desk. They have hot plate, microwave, kitchen sink, refrigerator in room, have 2 bars soap for bathroom. Trash disposal room at end of building on each floor. Vending machine water is $5 so Walmart nearby is place to get fluids, food to stock refrigerator. Has iron/ironing board, hanging area for clothes. Bed was medium firm, hurt my lower back. Overall cheaper and better on Memorial Day weekend than major hotels around.
