Stayed here for a convention, and it was great. We got upgraded to one of the Penthouses, which unsurprisingly was very nice, not to mention the entire complex is gated off for safety, which is nice. Only reason I'm giving a 4 is the WiFi in our room would never work, front office said they'd call the company to fix it but this seemingly never happened.

Rooms are nice but a little older but very spacious and the rooms are clean but house keeping is a little slow and continental breakfast is ok

My stay here was fine, without any major issues. I asked for a room in the back (just in case of road noise) and I got one. My room was quiet, spacious, and clean. The kitchen was basic but fine. The included breakfast was convenient. There was an additional parking fee, which I was aware of because it was indicated beforehand. The location was a bit far from LA proper, but I was aware there'd be a tradeoff between price and proximity to LA. There were some unexpected relatively minor negative issues. There were some rust stains in the tub. The microwave door couldn't open all the way and I'm not sure that could be easily fixed. The refrigerator door couldn't quite open all the way but it seemed like that could be fixed by moving the refrigerator over, further from the wall on the side. The sofabed was initially placed so it couldn't open out into a bed, but I suppose moving it over would make watching TV more awkward. Oh yeah, I did have issues trying to use my mobile key. When it did eventually start working, my regular key cards stopped working, so I went and got new key cards, which made my mobile key stop working; at that point I just gave up on the mobile key. The person at the front desk suggested that I should have asked for mobile key activation when I checked in. No big deal to me.

We booked two rooms using our reward points. After making the reservation, on the same day I called the hotel and specifically requested that the two rooms be located as close to each other as possible. This was two weeks before our arrival day When we arrived at approximately 4:00 PM, the front desk receptionist informed me that there was no record of my request. Shortly afterward, a manager came out and stated that the request had in fact been documented, but that no nearby rooms were available at that moment. She provided us with one room in Building 5 and explained that another room in Building 6 was being prepared and would be ready in approximately 30–45 minutes. We waited on parking lot till around 5:00pm, but the second room was still not ready. As we were traveling as two families with three children, we decided to leave for dinner while waiting for the second room. Around 5:30 PM, I received a call informing me that the room was finally available. However, when I returned to pick up the room key, another front desk receptionist had no knowledge of the situation. I had to explain the entire sequence of events again before the room key could be issued. While I would not say that any individual staff member was rude, they are really not welcoming. The overall experience reflected poor communication and a lack of coordination among the hotel staff. The handling of our reservation request, room assignment, and follow-up communication suggested not enough training. This led in an experience that felt neither organized nor welcoming.

I was there to visit family who was staying at this hotel. The staff was really friendly, helpful, attentative, and professional. The lobby is clean and spacious. The restrooms in the lobby are clean. They have a good size pool and an area next to the pool to Bar-B-Q and a small gathering. I'm not to crazy about paying for overnight parking if you are already a paying guess staying at the hotel. Maybe complimentary coffee would be a good idea to have all day and night or up to 11pm. Even though I wasn't staying here, I had a good experience.
