This was my first time at this location. Its close to restaurants that was a plus and the bed was really comfy minus the dirty blanket. I just covered with my sheet. Therefore, I feel like the cleanliness could've been way better. You can tell the housekeepers do not dust the rooms, at least not everything in the room. The pics in the rooms were covered in dust. The room was not thoroughly vacuumed and I could tell the blankets are not washed on a daily basis. I seen a few spots on my blanket. Also, there's no microwave in the rooms. We had to walk down the hall to warm up our food. Also the walls are kind of thin. We heard a lot of racket around us. I dont think I'll be staying here again.
Friendly but dirty hotel The room had an old smell. I requested a new room, but they were already booked out. There was a stain on the comforter cover. Also, there were small, probably food, stains on the couch and business chair. The bedding was changed out after we let them know about the stain. After my shower, I walked around the hotel room and noticed my bare feet were dirty. I didn’t go in the pool, but it seemed nice. They had a gas fire pit that was nice to sit at. The decor is old, and the place needed more cleaning. The shower faucet dripped with water and it was not being used.
We went to Courtyard by Marriott Los Angeles Torrance for a business meeting. The front lobby/food court was pretty big and spacious. No one bothered us and it was a pleasant experience.
Got bitten by spider or something
I was very disappointed in this hotel, and I’m honestly surprised by all the positive reviews. This place was filthy. The carpeted areas were gross and stained, and the tiled areas had visible dirt and debris. The room has the same dingy carpet and the shower had hair in it.
