I have no complaints. Great management Sean is super nice and staff is equally friendly. Whether it’s a short term stay or a long term stay. I would suggest them for sure

I want to be objective, so this is just facts - but also don’t want to blast ESA, as they provided a safe home in a crisis. So first and foremost — I felt extremely safe for me and my family of 4. I wish that was an option, because 5 stars, for sure. Staff are very nice. We didn’t need them much, but when we did or spoke in passing, very warm and kind and friendly. The cons: It’s an older hotel. So that is always going to bring “issues.” Biggest biggest issue — mold all over the bathroom. We kept lights on in the bathroom so the fan would run and door open after shower. My family works in flood claims, so we sprayed the mold and even tried to clean it. It’s a lot - and it grows in the sink and toilet fairly quickly. *this is not on the staff - we cleaned it behind them. It doesn’t come off. And more neutral and zero any hotel mgr or staff can do. So more neutral in intent… For a family of 4, it takes the space of sitting area away (vs king room, for example). So we stayed in our beds a lot and tha wasn’t good for my back. Again, that’s just a fact of hotel living :-) - not on them. More pros ;-) Kitchen was HUGE plus! Noise was zero! I mean so quiet - and people are outside (including us :-)) and we were next to stair and elevator — zero noise. Loved that! So over all … I would give it 4 stars. 5 stars on so many things … And just 3 stars on things that are out of those working there’s control. They and the hotel saved us from true homelessness and we could breathe and figure things out. For that I will be forever grateful and thankful they were all there :-)

I loved almost everything about this Extended Stay in Tracy California. The staff is the best. The people are knowledgeable and friendly. Customer care with a smile. The rooms are clean and there is plenty of parking. The only issue I had was with the elevator. During my stay, it went down a couple of times for more than a couple of days each time. This was very inconvenient for me since I like to stay on the top floor. Otherwise I highly recommend this location.

Had a great stay here! The amenities were comfortable, and Sean was wonderful to interact with. The hotel has such a personal, welcoming feel — something that’s hard to find these days. Highly recommend!

I was greeted by Mayumi at the front desk. She was very professional and helped me throughout the course of my stay.

Had no problems when I stayed here . Mayumi Was very helpful. Will definitely stay here again
