I had the worst experience here especially with the manager her name is Mayra she was so rude and unprofessional. She was not willing to give me my refund back after finding bugs on my pillows the room was in horrible condition as well. We weren’t given towels or soap. my main issue was the fact that there was bugs on the bedding/pillows. I’m a homeless 23 year old with my 6 month old I paid $80 for bullcrap. They make the rooms look way nicer online then in person and I can honestly say it was partially my fault and should have knew better. Mayra refused to give me my refund after showing her the proof of everything. She just had the worst attitude and was so unprofessional when all I wanted was a refund and would have went about my day. Don’t ever GO TO SUPER 8 !!!!! Worst manger and location ever so so unprofessional Hope this location gets taken down for its unhealthy and disgusting conditions.

Room was average, no TV worked. I will ot recommend because there was Cockroach 🪳 in the room. When I complained to the staff in the morning staff didn't care about it

I should have looked at the reviews and location better before booking this location. Nothing against the staff but this place was horrible. Let's start: 1. Not the best location. It was kind of scary. Homeless people around 2. The room had no TV, 1 roll of bathroom paper, the lamp by the beds didn't work the door to the next room didn't feel secure enough. 3. There were people out and about at all hours of the night going back and forth yelling something about someone wanting their drugs and I think there might have been other type of activities going on.. Mi d you the walls were VERY thin. My grand daughter was scared the whole time and we didn't really sleep.

Would not recommend unless you have absolutely no here to go. Not the first motel I would choose. Staff and manager are difficult to speak with. Not helpful what so ever. Tv doesn’t work, no fridges or microwaves. Hard to live or stay at. Tap and pay also does not work. So make sure you have a card under your name and no someone else’s because they won’t take it and will make it difficult unless you have cash. I tried to pay with my mom’s card a couple nights after staying and after a few times they wouldn’t take it because it was my mom’s card and the room was under my name. Also atm charges 3.99 fee plus what your card charges . For example I tried to pull $80 off my card but was charged a total of $86 and some change. SO I would NOT recommend at first choice of stay. Hope this helps some of yall out who are thinking of staying here . Please read this review before booking. Will save you time and money the honest truth.

Excessive insecticide in the room and bedsheets. There were also a couple active cockroaches, so they probably won't stop. Keep the fan on and don't bring kids in. And shower pink.

I had a very upsetting and humiliating experience yesterday afternoon at the Super 8 in Tracy, CA. I had a confirmed reservation scheduled from yesterday through Thursday of next week for my family and me, but when I arrived the front desk manager, Maira, refused to honor the reservation. She claimed that during a previous stay I had “overstayed my welcome,” lied about it, and left without telling her. That statement is not accurate. On that visit I did check out after the posted checkout time, but I left quietly, respectfully, and without any argument, damage, or issues with the room or staff. Instead of listening or attempting to resolve the issue, Maira spoke to me in a belittling, condescending, and demeaning manner in front of my daughter and her employees. She denied my confirmed reservation and told me I could “go somewhere else.” The way she spoke to me was extremely unprofessional and embarrassing, especially in front of my child. My family and I are currently going through a difficult time and were simply trying to secure a safe place to stay. Being treated in such a disrespectful way in front of my daughter was deeply upsetting and made her worried and uncomfortable as well. I understand hotels have policies, but basic respect and professionalism should never be optional. A front desk manager represents the entire hotel, and the way this situation was handled made my family feel unwelcome and disrespected. I hope management reviews how this situation was handled and takes steps to ensure guests are treated with professionalism and dignity in the future.

The manager here is so rude and not very helpful. Her name is Mayra and all I wanted was a receipt, because I reserved through a 3rd party she refused to help me in any kind of way and rolled her eyes and gave me attitude when I asked if there is anything she can print for me. Worst customer service at a hotel ever. The guy that works there, I forget his name but he was awesome! Kevin? Not sure younger Indian gentleman. He actually made me very happy, especially after dealing with the Mayra lady and her absurd behavior. The rooms are so-so. Overall, I am unhappy and not staying ever again. Oh, and cops were all over that place, not the best area to be in.
