This staff really works together and hates Hard to accommodate guests

The rooms are nice but a bit dated and rundown. Service was quick but told us the wrong info about room location. Wifi won't let you sign in and the breakfast could use more variety.

Although the room was clean and neat, the location is terrible. First of all the noise from the highway is very hard to get used to and it's hard to sleep through it. Secondly, I was placed on the first floor and it was so noisy. I cannot sleep at all because of the noise coming from the staff lounge, the doors slamming, the footsteps constantly above my room, and you can hear talking from the front lobby where the breakfast bar is located. I did not have a nice day and will probably never stay here again.

As someone who lives in hotels and reviews them for their party booking sites this was the worst experience I’ve ever had to go through while traveling for work. Worst mistake I made was trusting the Wyndham Microtel name. I stayed in one in Cheyanne and it was amazing promoted the bay windows as the seller which is why I was excited for this one and stayed at a Baymont by Wyndham 2 weeks ago which was impeccably clean and the pool was very welcoming not at all like this place. I should have read the reviews and not trusted the brand. The Only Positive: Alex I want to start by commending Alex, who checked us in on the first day. When we found bugs in the room, I brought one to him in a cup. He remained calm and collected, reassuring us they weren't bed bugs. We would absolutely have left and called the heal department if they were but we looked them up with him and realized the are carpet bugs we ran to target and got some spray to keep our clothes safe since they eat cotton but we decided to stay since it was the location of business and Alex went above and beyond. He provided a vacuum and personally documented holes in the wall where the outside vent was unsealed. He was professional and did his best to assist us under poor conditions. The Reason I had to call the cops to get out: Griselda and Unsanitary Conditions Unfortunately, the rest of the stay was unacceptable. The water in the room smelled rancid/sewage-like whenever it was turned on—a major health concern. The situation escalated when Griselda came out of her office to confront my boyfriend publicly while I was getting water to take medication. Despite the fact that we had previously asked the front desk to address noise issues with the upstairs guest (or move us), she was incredibly disrespectful. She claimed she moved the other guests because I made them uncomfortable, despite me being polite and even showing my hospital bracelet to explain why I needed a quiet environment to recover. Hostility and Police Involvement I was nothing but considerate to Griselda, even asking her to wear gloves when handling my towels because I am sick and wanted to protect her from bodily fluids. In return, she: • Acted with extreme disrespect and antagonism. • Hid in her office when we tried to check out. • Refused to provide a manager’s contact info or her own name. • Slammed the door in my face multiple times. • Continued to make faces and antagonize us even after the police arrived. I eventually had to involve the Tracy Police just to get her name so I could contact corporate and safely check out. I felt so unsafe and intimidated by her behavior that I was worried for the safety of my vehicle. Avoid this hotel. Between the bugs, the foul-smelling water, and the hostile management from Griselda, it is not a safe or habitable place to stay. I have filed a report with Wyndham Corporate and the local health department. Attached below are pictures of the carpet bugs (additional ones after the first one that I saw on the counter was brought up to be disposed of) there was a pincher bug they are aware of too but we couldn’t get a picture before we felt in danger of being pinched)

I’ve stayed at this hotel around 7–8 times and overall the experience has been decent. One issue is that parking often gets full and it can be difficult to find a spot. During my most recent stay, I checked out about 20 minutes late and was charged a $20 late fee. It’s not about the money, but the way it was communicated left a bad impression. After staying here many times, that experience was disappointing and makes me think twice about staying here again.

Surprisingly good for size location and price. Slept really well - beds are great. Shower was great.

We stayed here overnight. Clean rooms and quiet, Breakfast is good too. For short my family enjoyed our stay , No hassle.Perfect

Used this hotel to house my employees during training. Amazing service and they have hot breakfast starting early so my team was able to eat. I would recommend if you are staying here for work

Overpriced motel disguised as a hotel. The hallways are malodorous , the furniture is tattered & dirty. There is one washer and one dryer for guests to use for the entire place.
