Second to the worst hotel experience in California came down for a family. Emergency turned it into a vacation. The first thing that we experienced. The first day was the toilets didn’t work. We manually flushed the toilets with pressurized water from a trashcan for 3 days moved to 3 different room due to the fact that the sink and the toilet had this horrible stench coming from it moved to a suite upstairs the island broke overnight because it wasn’t installed properly was not charged for it. Thank God cause it was not our fault got moved to a different suite with horrible service for room service. They neglected our room talked crap about us in Spanish walked in on a conversation and spoke up and then brought the attention to the manager and the night staff and the day staff that was there that day that we spoke of we were gonna let someone talk crap about us about cleaning the shower, regardless of all of our concerns with our shower we left three times for it to get done came back at 8:30 PM with it still not done. We had towers of wash rags 14 wash rags in total and 16 towels and two big towers of the room and it was just neglected for four straight days and was denied a refund. I paid $3216.05 for room service for good customer service which I did not get for three days we were denied wash, rags and towels. We were a family of eight they said they could only give us two wash rags and two towels we bought our own wash. Rags are on towels at Walmart. They refused as toilet paper and said that we could only get one roll of toilet paper per day mind you I have five children and two adults in a dog. The cleaning staff talked crap about us in Spanish in the hallway as going to other rooms to clean we spent the last four days without our shower cleaned they refused our service. They refused cleaning our bathroom. They refused, taking out our trash. They gave us the trash bags and we took out our own trash. Do not stay here. It is not worth $3216.05. I stayed here a month I had no choice but to continue to stay all hotels were booked and I am traveling 2000 miles away from my home. We had no choice but to stay here we wore shower shoes in our shower because our shower was so built up with slime and filth and dead skin cells and just grime for our bodies for last four days so we wore a shower shoes and put towels down so we didn’t step in the shower in the nasty grime. Save your money and go to the Hilton a little bit more money but better service better treatment mind you, we stayed in three different rooms in our stay due to issues with their plumbing with their tables. Their island in their suites they weren’t built correctly. They fell apart. Their pool is nasty. They do not have great pool maintenance. They even expressed it to us that they did not have great maintenance for their pool and they were looking into getting someone else. My two of my kids out of five have rashes on their bodies from their pool. It’s just not a great hotel to stay for a vacation a long extended vacation maybe one night so you miss all the drama with cleaning and issues with towels and your family highly not recommended for people with children or with a lot of people they tend not to do well with a family my size or to service a family with my size I do have chronic OCD so I clean over 100 times before the cleaning ladies do clean so I am nice and respectful. I’m clean. I’m tidy everything‘s nice and tidy in my family and I just spent over $3000 on the worst possible hotel to ever stay at do not stay in this hotel go to the Hilton you get better for your money spent there do not go to this hotel I was refunded only the days i didn’t stay 2 days and the day prior! after having so many issues everything even though everything‘s documented between us and the manager on an email. Everything that went down was reported in an email and all these apologies and suggesting that this is not what they strive for service and they typically apologize, i would appreciate full compensation for the total of $3216.05 Reservation was under Jesus Reyes

They make you sign up for some dumb rewards program to get on the internet. This hotel is right next to the freeway in Tracy, not some fancy hotel in Vegas.

My mom forgot some crocheted flowers I made for her for Mother's Day in the room she shares with my brother and his family. Three days later, she realized she'd left them at the hotel, and when she called, they just said they were sorry, that they didn't know what she was talking about, and that nothing had been forgotten. I'm never going back to this hotel company.
