Loud!! Rooms are nice and front desk staff were wonderful, but the walls in the rooms are extremely thin! You can also hear all the street noise and the AC unit is also very loud!!

We loved everything about the hotel, except for the loudness of the surrounding streets with sirens all night long due to nearby hospitals and fire stations. Very expensive breakfast. Also the a/c units are as loud as hell when coming in and out of cooling cycle. Beds, layout, service, free laundry machines and decor we really liked.

The hotel is nice ENOUGH. Location is great. Everything was clean. To me though, it was just Ok. I tend to stay in 5 star hotels though so that might be what has me not completely satisfied. There was no robe or slippers in the room, it was hard to get water and ice (I'm a big water drinker), ordering room service was unsuccessful (i ended up getting Uber eats), and my room didn't get serviced. They did come to do my room later that afternoon, but i had just had a medical procedure and just wanted to sleep at that point. Restaurant staff was superb and they made very good lattes. Valet can take a while so plan ahead for that. Omg it is soooo noisy. Maybe because the hospital is nearby but there is ALWAYS a siren going by or someone laying on the horn. The hvac in the room is also very loud. But hotel is pretty, bed was comfy, staff was very pleasant, but not sure i would stay again. Oh and the bathroom isn't my favorite BUT the shower was very hot and had good pressure. That's important.

This was by far one of the best hotels I’d ever stayed in. The room was immaculately clean, extremely spacious, and brightly lit. The overall aesthetics was 11/10 with its beautiful interior design and the background music on TV which was already playing when I got into the room. Better yet, the location was perfect with many restaurants, grocery stores, and even the metro within walking distance. What’s more, the staff were super friendly and helpful. One of them even provided me with a whole list of shops, dining spots, and even post offices nearby so I could easily find whatever I was looking for. Hopefully one day they’ll have on-site convenience store/hotel shop and complimentary breakfast for even better experience but that’s just me being picky. All in all, highly recommend this hotel if you’re in the area! I can’t wait to stay here again on a sunny day.

Rooms are immaculately clean and spacious. Staff is friendly. Location is great. Two suggestions: Add self serve ice machine. You did bring when I requested but seems silly since the room is stocked with a mini bar. Serve morning coffee in lobby. Yes you have nespresso machine in room, and yes you have a restaurant, but I prefer drip coffee and over the weekend the restaurant doesn’t open until 9AM. (I do wonder why there is a sign when you come off elevator in lobby that points you to coffee?)

Had a very disappointing stay at Hotel AKA. We booked for Memorial Day Weekend (Saturday - Monday) through Amex fine hotel and resort. Unfortunately the bar was closed from 3:00 PM Sunday through our checkout and breakfast was not served on Mondays so we couldn’t use our hotel credit of $100 which was the reason we booked the hotel. The rooms were paper thin and we could hear every detail of what felt like our roommates weekend (at 3AM). Would not recommend this hotel at its current price point due to its lack of accessible amenities. I will note that the staff was extremely friendly and the mainn positive of this hotel.
