I rarely leave negative reviews, but my stay here on June 14 was extremely disappointing. First, I booked through Priceline under the impression that I had already paid all required charges. However, when I arrived, I was asked to pay an additional fee that had never been disclosed during the booking process. Whether this was Priceline's fault or the hotel's failure to provide accurate information, it felt misleading and deceptive. Second, I barely slept because of the excessive noise throughout the night. A hotel's most basic responsibility is to provide guests with a clean, quiet place to rest, and unfortunately, that standard was not met. To make matters worse, the hair dryer in my room did not work at all. What disappointed me the most, however, was the lack of accommodation for a simple request. While waiting in the lobby, I politely asked whether there was a quiet corner where I could pray for five minutes. I was told there was no place available and that staff were not allowed to accommodate such requests. I was not asking for special treatment—just a small space for a brief moment of prayer. In a city as diverse and welcoming as our nation's capital, I expected a more understanding response. Between the undisclosed fees, sleepless night, broken amenities, and poor customer service, this stay fell far below expectations. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves the experience for future guests.

Very disappointing experience. We discovered dirty sheets and a stained comforter in our room late at night after returning exhausted, leaving us with no real option other than trying to sleep without using the bedding. It was uncomfortable, cold, and honestly unacceptable for a hotel stay. On top of that, the heater/AC unit was extremely loud throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. We emailed the hotel manager directly with photos and explained the situation, but they took no responsibility and showed little to no concern about the issue. The response lacked accountability and customer care, which made the experience even worse. Cleanliness and basic customer service should be expected at any hotel. Unfortunately, this stay fell far below expectations.
