During my stay at your hotel, I was mistakenly charged twice for the same payment. When I first contacted your staff, I was informed that the duplicate charge was an error and that the refund would be processed within two business days. I waited patiently, but no refund was received. After following up again, I was then told that the refund would take up to seven business days. Despite this assurance, more than 18 days have now passed, and I still have not received my money. What is most disappointing is not only the delay itself, but also the lack of professionalism in handling this matter. I have had to repeatedly contact the hotel for updates, yet the issue remains unresolved. This experience has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration.

We got disoriented upon arrival and was having a difficult time understanding how to park and check in - CHRIS at the front door was super helpful. He didn't just tell us parking was "down the street" 😒 -which we had been told by someone a little less than helpful earlier. Chris was warm, patient and made sure we understood what to do before he released us. If this gets this, we just really want to tell him thank you and we are grateful we ran into him.

Excellent Stay Highly Recommended for Ethiopian Travelers I had an amazing stay at the Washington Hilton. I was given a room on one of the top floors with a beautiful view of Washington, DC. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the service throughout my stay was outstanding. One thing that made me feel especially welcome was meeting several Ethiopian employees. Their kindness and hospitality made me feel at home even while traveling abroad. I would like to express my special appreciation to Berket at the reception desk for the help, support, and professionalism shown during my stay. The staff were friendly, respectful, and always willing to assist. I will never forget my experience at the Washington Hilton and would highly recommend this hotel to Ethiopian solo travelers and anyone visiting Washington, DC. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay memorable.
