Worst experience ever. When peter sykes owned the Hollywood spa and north Hollywood spa previously the compound it was a whole different game. Would never go back or refer anyone to this place. Customer.
The truth about being a first-time customer: I checked in with a Lockett key, which they charged me $20 for. It turns out they didn't tell me it had to be returned after 8 hours. And they didn't even ask for it. Okay, I also got a room for $40, which I checked in for at 3:30 AM. They told me I had to check out at 12:30 PM, but the cleaning crew came and kicked me out an hour earlier than the $40 price, which is 8 hours. So they kicked me out at 11:30 AM and told the employee I had to check out at 12:30. He wouldn't listen and kicked me out of the room in a mocking tone. Okay, when I went to return the locker key to leave, they first took the key and then showed me my passport. When I left it... And after they showed me my documents, which they kept... The cashier tells me I have to pay an extra $40 for overtime. So I go and... I said, "Excuse me, but no one informed me about the payment, or that it was exactly 8 hours, or that if I went over, they would charge me 40 dollars. It's strange for me to come to this place. It's my first time visiting the establishment, and the cashier comes and tells me, 'It's not your first time here,' assuring and confirming that I frequent the place often. When I came for the first time yesterday, she accused me, or exposed my safety, or personal life, saying that I spend all my time here. Okay, I tell her, 'Miss, no one told me that I couldn't go over 8 hours and that they could charge me an extra 40 dollars.' Okay, speaking to her politely and respectfully, she raises her voice at me, and in a haughty tone, she yells, 'You have to pay! Pay me! Pay me!' Honestly, as a customer service representative and as a guest since yesterday, and as a person, those who work here should be in charge of giving good treatment to customers, and not yelling at them and trying to humiliate them by saying that I have no problem paying for something. Because no one told me..." He didn't even explain anything to me. This is my review of my first visit and last experience here. To conclude, I told him that everything was already paid for. And he said, "Pay, pay." "Or else stay here," prohibiting me from leaving the establishment. Number 1: That mistake wasn't mine; it was the staff's for not specifically explaining the intrusions. Furthermore, when I came to check in on June 6, 2026, they treated me badly. They threw my passport at me and everything, reluctantly and showing no kindness. On the contrary, the service was terrible.
This place is so much fun Saturday night and Sunday afternoon. You can stay up To 16 hours (2x8 hours). Ignore some of the crazy reviews and check it out. Bring shower sandals and a good attitude and you will have a great time. I met some of the hottest guys here ever. You just have to give it a chance.
They're only open 5 days a week... Closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays... very bad
Honestly, this is my third time going and I don't like it. The price isn't good for the type of people who frequent that place. I think there should be a schedule for senior citizens. It's not enjoyable at all; it was a really bad experience.
It
Pretty chill spot. Layout is pretty simple. The steam room is great. Hot enough to be therapeutic but not too hot to have fun. Same with the dry sauna. Large variety of drinks and snacks available for purchase.
