Suburban Studios Winston-Salem near Hanes Mall

When I arrived the staff member at the front desk asked me to go on a date with him, he asked more than once (the young guy) he's nice but it seemed unethical. The room once I got up to it had dust on top of the cabinets and crumbs and dust on the shelves, the fridge had to be cleaned too. I had to buy and use my own disinfectant wipes to go over the furniture and the toilet and the sinks and the shower as well as the appliances. The microwave had rust in it too. When I had gone to the front desk after re booking for 2 more nights and I mentioned that the room had been dirty the man working the desk (bald guy) became agitated and said I was only saying something because he charged me an extra 10 dollars for early check in on my next two nights which actually wasn't why I was saying something. They also don't do room service and if you need garbage taken out or fresh towels they make you take the towels and garbage down yourself which isn't how a guest should be treated. I definitely didn't appreciate being asked on a date by the staff, I didn't appreciate them giving me a dirty room which the staff offered to switch after I already disinfected the one I was in which makes no sense to me, I also didn't appreciate the agitated behavior of the man working the front desk. Not exactly the place for hygenic people to stay.

Great staff, clean rooms.

I've been here for over a year and it has been affordable(for the most part) I'm able to walk to work and to the store. the employees have been good to me the whole time && having a stove top has made it more affordable for me bcuz I don't have to eat out everyday.

staff made our night by waiving the Deposit and rooms are very neat got for good price

Mr.Pat is very Helpful and Great Manager, helped us with Weeky rates and Early Check-in. No breakfast or Lobby Coffee and Ice machine. But got big refrigerators in the Rooms

very Clean and Nice Condition rooms in our Budget range, but no elevator for 3rd floor

No running water to entire hotel. MGMT kept telling guests to wait a few hours. I checked out after a few hours and booked a room at another hotel bc it never it never came back on then they wouldn't issue a refund because I had "used the room" for 4 hours, enough though I had no toilet or shower and they told us to just wait.
