About the venue
The Royal Vauxhall Tavern is a Victorian pub on Kennington Lane and one of London's oldest surviving gay venues, with drag and cabaret going back to the post-war decades. In 2015 it became the first building in the UK to be listed (Grade II) largely for its LGBTQ+ history…
