Stay here regularly, excellent staff, always more than helpful.

Well appointed rooms. We booked a suite which was very comfortable and had everything you need. A slight hiccup with there being only bath towels and face cloths, no floor or hand towel but hopefully just an oversight. Front desk informed on checkout and offered a sincere apology. No biggie, just a couple of towels! Areas where rooms are is secure but for parking your car we noticed a fence gate to bushland just wide open. Not sure what that was about. Reception server was very helpful in providing information about the rooms, complex, entertainment and eateries. Had dinner at The Juicy Rump and could not fault it.

The front desk staff here in the early morning were extremely helpful. They took the initiative to call me back when I was feeling frustrated. That’s something you only do when you truly care about people. Even though I didn’t get what I wanted, I hope this guy stay happy and healthy forever.

Great hotel in the middle of the outback. The hotel doesn’t look like much from the outside but with renovations complete the interior is not what you expect. Connected to the casino for convenience. Highly recommend

Rude, unhelpful, incompetent and unable to assist with reasonable requests to change dates which would have resulted in no loss to the hotel. Look elsewhere unless you want to deal with their nonsense

Very good hotel. It's located just a couple of miles from the town center and some 10 miles from the airport. The room was large featuring all necessary amenities. Nice front desk staff. The pool looked nice but we didn't use it because of flies endemic to this region of the country. Ample parking.

Avoid. Avoid like the plague. This place resembles a social housing complex, with random yelling and screaming and door slamming all night we barely slept at all. Pick somewhere else.

You spend a lot of time waiting in lines.
