Always enjoy staying at this hotel. A great place. Rooms are spotlessly clean, staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and quiet. Free underground parking. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone for any type of stay.

Whilst the accommodation is in a convenient location with club and light rail to City nearby -Unfortunately there are concerns with security and noise. All rooms on level 2 can be accessed by the public after hours, there is no lift key requirement and no locks or passes required to swiped for those to come off street. The screen sliding doors to the balcony were unlocked when checking in. Noise is a problem - constant slamming of doors in hallway, and since they have bolted TVs to the walls - you can hear your neighbours tv (and snoring) all night. One of the receptionist was quite robotic - did not show an ounce of "human", disinterested in where you've come from and reads off a script in a monotone, recorded voice. Suggest better quality and even cheaper hotels more towards the tram line to north of city. The only advantages this place has is location and underground parking.

Located attached to The Tradies club in the middle of Dickson, lots of above and underground parking available. Public transport bus and tram available five minute walk away at Dickson Interchange. Chinatown within two minute walk.
