I honestly wish we could give 6 stars as everthing was perfect, all staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. The quality of the rooms, reception areas and outdoor faciities is absolute 5 star.

Honestly, I couldn’t be more disappointed with our experience. We didn’t even get the chance to check into our room because the manager stated that he “didn’t trust us.” Initially, we were speaking with a lovely gentleman at reception regarding the security deposit, as we unfortunately did not have a credit card available. We were still willing and able to work through the situation, especially considering the room had already been fully paid for. At that point, the manager came out to discuss the matter. The deposit amount was then increased from $100 to $200, which we were still prepared to pay. However, despite this, the manager informed us that he would be cancelling our booking because he “didn’t trust us.” This left us without accommodation and with nowhere else to go, which was incredibly upsetting and disrespectful. When we asked about receiving a refund, we were told that because we booked through a third party such as Booking.com, it was not his problem and that we needed to leave. Overall, the situation was handled very poorly, and the lack of professionalism and empathy was extremely disappointing.

Currently staying here for an anniversary with my partner. The hotel amenities are S tier, with friendly staff. Rahul was super accomodating and welcoming despite our very late check in. Also experience the Spa and breakfast buffet at citrique, both amazing! Would highly recommend Marriott to anyone wishing to have a relaxing stay

Manager ‘shin’ or ‘shein’ treats guest with disabilities like absolute trash. He called me after I shared a discriminatory experience with the Marriott resteraunt. Laughed at me over the phone, spoke over me continuously and argued about my disability that he knows nothing about. Reported to the human rights commission, would urge no one to attend here even if you don’t have a disability. Very poor demeanour towards guests.
