We were really excited about spending a relaxing weekend night at this hotel.. Unfortunately, our experience was significantly affected by noise from the adjoining room. The connecting door between the rooms did not provide adequate soundproofing, and we were woken at approximately 6:30am by loud music and conversation from neighbouring guests. Ironically, we were in the hotel's designated quiet zone, which made the experience particularly disappointing. At a minimum, we would expect a hotel room—especially one located within a quiet zone—to provide sufficient sound insulation to ensure a restful stay. Instead of the relaxing and enjoyable morning we had anticipated, we were woken much earlier than planned. I want to emphasise that our concerns relate to the room itself rather than the staff, who were consistently helpful and professional. Hotel did not have the decency to refund us for this below average experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm, friendly, and professional attitude. The manager Kunal was the most professional and well behaved manager I’ve ever seen in my travel history. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and beautifully presented. My room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The housekeeping team did an excellent job each day, ensuring the room remained spotless and well-stocked. What truly stood out was the outstanding customer service of Kunal and his team, Every staff member I interacted with was courteous, attentive, and eager to assist. Whether it was answering questions, providing local recommendations, or ensuring all my needs were met, they consistently went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The hotel’s facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction were evident throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a memorable experience. Thank you to the entire team specially Kunal and Judit for making my stay so enjoyable. I look forward to returning in the future.

Was off to a very bad start. The photos online must have been taken when this hotel was first built because they certainly didn't reflect what we walked into. If you're allocated one of the rooms in the 800s, good luck. The furniture looked like it hadn't been moved or properly cleaned since the place opened. We felt totally fooled by the Agoda photos. Don't just take my word for it—see for yourself. It honestly felt more like a backpackers resort than a Crown hotel. After seeing our room, we went down to reception to ask about upgrading, but unfortunately nothing was available at the time. This is where Gabby completely turned our experience around. She made us feel genuinely valued as guests, offered us complimentary drinks, and asked us to return the next day. She explained that if something became available, she would look after us. When we returned the following day to discuss the upgrade, we were served by Kunal. Despite explaining that Gabby had offered us a complimentary upgrade, he attempted to place us back into the exact same room we had originally raised concerns about. He then advised that we would need to pay for any upgrade. Unfortunately, we couldn't remember Gabby's name at the time, and instead of trying to assist us, Kunal became quite arrogant and stated that he had "six girls working for him at the front desk" and asked us which one it was. The interaction made us feel uncomfortable and as though we were being treated as an inconvenience rather than valued guests. Thankfully, Gabby happened to be walking around the corner, immediately recognised us, and confirmed exactly what she had promised the previous day. She arranged a complimentary upgrade without hesitation and once again made us feel genuinely appreciated for choosing to stay at Crown. I really hope this review doesn't reflect negatively on Gabby because, without her, this would have been a completely different review. She is an absolute asset to Crown, and they should do everything they can to hold on to her because other hotels would snap her up in a heartbeat. Unfortunately, our interactions with Kunal were the complete opposite. He came across as dismissive and unprofessional and made us feel as though we were beneath him. Guests paying premium prices deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect. He could learn a lot from Gabby's approach to customer service and leadership. The breakfast staff also deserve recognition. They were professional, friendly, and helped make our stay feel much warmer. Overall, my ratings would be: Gabby: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐+ (absolutely outstanding) Breakfast staff: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Kunal: ⭐ (poor customer service) Hotel and standard rooms: ⭐⭐ For a hotel carrying the Crown name, the standard rooms were incredibly disappointing and nowhere near what we expected from the advertising. However, thanks to Gabby and the breakfast team, our stay ended on a much more positive note. Do your research.. I kinda feel like they should offer a video walk through of the room they are offering befor you book.. I am sure it will get there one day.. this is certainly way far off a 4 star hotel!

This hotel is definitely 2stars. You pay extra for ocean view and you get all the buildings view blocking the actual ocean view. we were on 13th floor. The rooms are so basic and we could hear next door baby crying or even flushing the toilet. Not quiet at all. Wifi wasn't’ working and chrome cast wouldn’t get connected.TV was so old and not smart TV. I assume they only renovated the lobby and entrance and the rooms stays so old.

Rooms are somewhat old and are in serious need of a fix up. The restaurant upstairs also isn't really what it used to be.
