It's a great place to stay if you're travelling around the area. The heated spa was fantastic and made for a very relaxing experience. Everything was clean , making it perfect for a weekend getaway. I also appreciated the vending machines—they were a convenient touch. The service was good, and overall I had a very pleasant stay. If you are outside exploring around

More like 3.5 stars Reception were friendly The room was comfortable and spacious The hallways and lifts were too warm and stuffy One lift has been broken for a very long time Our bath leaked all over the floor from using the shower The bath tap ran water when using the shower tap In need of a new shower tap The bath itself is not stable or safe to stand in The kitchen sink is stained The lounge was very comfy Removing our own rubbish from the rooms were a condition which was strange and self housework cleaning We normally do but never seen this as a condition For the price wont be staying again

I would strongly advise avoiding this hotel. I booked through Booking . com for a work colleague, which is something I have done many times with many hotels. The booking was in my name, the guest details were correctly listed under my colleague’s name, and the credit card used for the reservation was in my name. This is a common business travel arrangement and has never been an issue elsewhere. What followed was one problem after another. My colleague was left waiting for over 30 minutes while the hotel sent through authorisation forms. The form they initially sent wasn’t even the correct document they required. They then demanded copies of my passport, driver’s licence and various forms of identification, despite the booking and payment details already being provided. The process was completely unreasonable, poorly managed and highly unprofessional. After more than an hour of delays and confusion, my colleague was forced to use her own credit card just to check in. The entire experience demonstrated a concerning lack of competence and understanding of standard business travel bookings. Communication was poor, procedures were inconsistent, and staff appeared unsure of their own requirements. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to others. Based on this experience, I don’t believe they should be listed on Booking. com until they improve their processes and customer service.
