What reviewers say

Visitors consistently praise the hotel's beautiful design, relaxing atmosphere, and exceptionally lovely and attentive staff, with several mentioning specific employees for their welcoming service. However, one guest reported a discrepancy between their promised river view room and the room they were allocated.

Beautiful property in the Docklands area that is just outside of the CBD (Central Business District). I love all the live plants in the main spaces and rooms. Beautiful design on the skin of the building and in the rooms. Lots of modern lighting buttons in the rooms. Valet staff was always jovial and helpful. They are really your star players. Staff is tightly bonded and having a good time, but sometimes to the detriment of the guest. For example, my husband was queasy and I went to the first floor bar to fetch a cup of ice. I was told there was no ice - in a bar?? Or during the fire drill there was lots of direction aimed at the staff but the guests were left outside wondering what to do after the drill was over.

My partner and I stayed here for our minimoon and had the best time and highly recommend this hotel. First of all the staff make you feel so welcome. Every staff member we encountered was super friendly and chatty. The room was super spacious and well designed and we found the bed super comfortable. I love the sustainability focus the hotel has. We used the gym, pool, sauna and hot tub. All facilities are in excellent condition. We also had breakfast at the hotel and can't fault anything.

Wow! I loved my 2night staycation. Everything was beautiful, thoughtful and comfortable - the vibe, decor, bar, cafe, check-in, the room OMG, the room service, the bathroom, even the hallways. The bed was super comfy. The pool, spa, steamroom and sauna were a highlight. The staff were consistently friendly, approachable and helpful. I did not want to leave - legit checked out then hung about in the lounge with a coffee until 'real life' dragged me back. Will be back and would recommend ++

Nice looking hotel and amenities however the homeless and junkie issue at the front of the hotel is something the hotel needs to take care of. Used syringes, homeless and junkies loitering and sleeping at the front. Appalling. Not safe.
