DONT GO HERE!! My boyfriend and i stayed here i’d say 2 weeks ago and it was horrible!! Bed sheets stained, dirty stained carpet, small small room, window didn’t open, AC broken. They told us our checkout was at 11am and we double checked just incase and they said it was at 11. We woke up at 10am to bangs on the door and a man (guessing the owner) just coming in while we were in bed and telling us we need to leave, we had to RUSH to get out. My boyfriend even put a 150$ deposit on and we never got it back. Please don’t come there they will treat you horribly. I hope you guys go bankrupt! 🤣

Worst hotel experience of my life. Absolutely unacceptable. No respect for customers, no professionalism whatsoever. I am still shocked by what we experienced. We had booked 6 nights at this hotel and had clearly stated in advance that our arrival in Melbourne would be late (around 11 PM). We were explicitly told that this would not be a problem at all, and that we simply needed to contact reception upon arrival to receive the keys to our room. And what happened? At 11 PM: no one at reception. We called for over 40 minutes in front of the hotel, with absolutely no response. No call back, no message from them. Nothing. We were left in the middle of the night with nowhere to stay, forced to find another hotel at the last minute around midnight. The next morning, we returned to the hotel to understand what had happened. Their response? “We canceled your reservation, but you will be refunded.” No explanation. No apology. And even worse: the person at reception kept interrupting us, refused to listen, and walked away in the middle of the conversation. This is a complete lack of respect and incredibly poor management.

Terrible experience — avoid this place at all costs. We had a confirmed reservation for over a month, with clear confirmation that we could arrive at any time thanks to a 24-hour reception. When we arrived late at night, there was absolutely no response: multiple calls and messages, but no one answered. We were left stranded in the streets of Melbourne at night, forced to urgently look for another hotel. Everything was fully booked, and after a long struggle, we finally found a room — at a higher price. The next day, there was no real accountability. The hotel simply canceled our reservation and told us to deal with it, blaming the absence of a staff member, without even informing us beforehand. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication is completely unacceptable, especially in the hospitality industry. Leaving guests in such a situation at night is irresponsible. We strongly do not recommend this place. If you value your stay, avoid it.

Poor and uncomfortable service. tiny room with no bathroom or any life/essence to it. would not recommend at all. only good thing about this place is the convenience of the location

Please check the booking.com rating to book the rooms that’s false, it showed 4 stars there and here on the google it’s 2.6 stars but this one is actually below than 1 star, WIfi not working, broken bed, can’teven use microwave, which is completely bullshit

0 star, such a bad experience woth the hotel, the staff, the owner, the food and the service, nothing was ok, they are disgusting specially an old guy, moreover, on booking.com they are 4 stars, on google they are 2.6, they should be zero, don’t recommend it to anyone, before booking please read all of the customer reviews

Guys, please check the actual Google reviews before booking this hotel. They present the place online with good pictures, but the reality is very different. There was no proper WiFi, and the breakfast quality was very poor—items like milk, cheese, yogurt, and cereals seemed expired or tasted bad. The only fresh option was eggs, and even those were the same limited choices every day. The management (father and son) was very unprofessional. The older man, who appears to be the owner, was rude and disrespectful when we raised concerns. He even shut the reception door on us and told us to wait for the manager, who never showed up. The most shocking part was during checkout. While I was not in the room, he entered without permission, removed our belongings, and placed them in the lift. Later, we realized that some of our items were missing. Overall, this experience felt very unsafe and stressful. Please be careful before booking.

I honestly don't know where to begin, but if I could give this hotel zero stars, I would. I checked into [Hotel Name] for a one-night stay, and it was the worst experience of my life. Cleanliness: Upon entering the room, the smell of mildew and stale smoke was overwhelming. There were visible stains on the carpet and what looked like mold in the corners of the bathroom. I found hair on the pillows, and the sheets had yellow marks on them. I was too disgusted to even take off my shoes. Safety & Amenities: The door to our room didn’t feel secure, and the lock was broken. There was a gap between the door and the frame. The "safe" area promised on the website was nonexistent. The TV didn’t work, and the "complimentary" toiletries were just empty bottles. Service: The staff was incredibly hostile. When I went to the front desk to report the filthy room, the person didn't even look up from their phone and told me they had "no more rooms" and "no cleaners" available. They were rude and dismissive, showing absolutely no empathy or concern for the health and safety of their guests. Overall: This place is a dangerous, filthy dump. It felt more like a prison than a hotel. Please, do not trust the photos online. I felt unsafe and grossed out the entire time and ended up leaving at 3 AM to find a real hotel. STAY AWAY!. Room Tip: Avoid this hotel. It's better to pay an extra 30–50 and choose another one.

No one at reception when we checked in, had to ring and wait around 25 minutes. We were unaware we had to pay a security deposit as it didn’t state this when booking. The rooms were really dated and the lighting was really awful. We paid for a triple room however they told us because there was only two of us we were being put into a double room. The noise was awful and we encountered police taking people out of the hotel due to smoking weed. We were also told on arrival to make sure doors are locked as they’re experiencing issues with the homeless getting into rooms. There was no WiFi and they were not sure when the issue would be resolved. We never saw any staff at reception yet it states online that there is 24hr service. The hotel on a whole is very different to the photos online and the services are really poor from the facilities to the staff. The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is due to the bed being comfy and a decent shower. In future, I’d rather pay a little extra to stay somewhere where the basic facilities are good and I don’t feel nervous due to safety!

I stayed here for 3 nights during my trip to Melbourne! It's in a convenient location, within walking distance of Central Station and various landmarks. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby, and the area is busy, making it feel safe! The hallway to the room is a bit dimly lit, but the room itself is compact but not cramped, and the shower and toilet were clean! The shower pressure and temperature were just right, even at the highest setting – nice and hot! As a solo female traveler, I highly recommend it! The front desk staff were also very friendly. Australia offers welcome milk! It was very fresh and delicious!

Run down room, cracks in floor and wall, strange smell and the emails they send mean nothing, nor do they respond when you query. They charge more for bond than told in email and on booking.com and the WiFi isn't working. Zero soundproofing, old uncomfortable bed. Need card to turn on electricity but room is pitch black without it and hard to find where to insert it with zero visibility. Not enough lighting. Not as listed.

Went to marvel stadiumto see Ed Sheeran, and this hotel was affordable an easy walking distance, clean and tidy and friendly staff
