Excellent for the price

Absolutely rude customer service literally ended the call on me while I am speaking. Literal money grabbers if you pay the bond just know that they will take more money from you bank account for the rest of the week with no clear explanation. Noise pollution, no respect and very bad communication issues.

This hotel has a great location, is conveniently located, and offers friendly service. However, for a five-star hotel, finding bloodstains on the sheets is unacceptable, and the duvet cover was prone to slipping off; these details need improvement.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. The pillows were rather soft and after asking for a firmer pillow I got one that smelled like old cheese doritos. Other than that nice staff.

I stay at the Cullen regularly. I always really enjoy my experience; the team are accommodating and friendly. The rooms are comfortable, clean and the hotel is really well located - close to shops, woolies and Prahan train station. Walking distance from South Yarra and Albert Park. I look forward to my next stay.

My go-to hotel in Melbourne away from the CBD. Decent sized, modern rooms close to transport, cafes, and bars. I particularly enjoy exploring the Prahran markets across the road.

Fantastic place to stay in the heart of a culinary and night-life precinct. With this night life part, does come with a noisier environment so if youre not our and about you may need to rethink the stay. This is a minor thing if you are out on the town, Ubers close by and 24hour access to everything. The rooms are good and adorned with artwork and mirrored walls so you don't feel closed in. Bathroom is good and serviceable and car park beneath the building is super tight (limited). This said id stay here again as the service is wonderful, the rooms are clean and proximity is spot on. Youll pay about $500 for a couple of nights; Friday/Saturday and be prepared to be charged heavily for parking on-site.

Lovely hotel, very centrally located close to lots of shops and amenities.

A modern hotel full of bright bold art and cheekiness. Very close to Prahran Market and the funky shops, bars and restaurants of Greville St. Comfortable stay with convenient basement parking in the hotel ($40 overnight). Friendly staff at the front desk. Our room had a kitchenette, lounge and Nespresso coffee maker. Close to the train station and lots to explore on foot.
