Adina Apartment Hotel Sydney

Just returned from our holiday in Sydney we stayed at the Adina Apartment Town Hall for 3 nights 21-25th May 2026 ( this was our third stay at these apartments) the best location right opposite the Town Hall Station, you get off the plane on to the train and your location is right opposite the station, no need to lug your suitcase too far. The rooms are beautifully furnished, clean, everything that you could possibly need. My sister and I had a one bedroom twin bed apartment, beds so comfy also great pillow. The service that we received was second to none Nathanial and all the staff were fantastic nothing was too much for them, they were all friendly and made us feel so comfortable from the ghetto go. There is also a coffee shop downstairs, great coffee and the food looks good ( we did not eat) staff very friendly. Great location to Paddy's Market, Chinatown, The Rocks, the Harbour and Opera House walkable to all if able also public transport access. We will be returning in November and looking forward staying there yet again, would not think of staying anywhere else. I would rate Adina Town Hall a 10+ Thank you guys for a great stay

I'll start with the best. The reception staff was amazing. Helpful, always smiling and helpful. The room was nice, on the 16th floor you can hear a little noise from the street. The hotel's location in the very center is excellent. In this price category I would have liked slippers and improved room cleaning. There were pieces of paper left on the carpet and it wasn't vacuumed.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Adina Sydney Town Hall. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and it was lovely, very clean and modern furnishings, well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. The service at this hotel is exceptional, front desk staff were always friendly as you left and arrived at the hotel. Nice cafe located on the bottom floor which is handy. Good location, easy walking distance to the CBD, Darling Harbour and opposite the Town Hall train station. The only reason I didn't provide 5 stars, a couple of nights were very noisy at night/early hours of the morning from people hanging around on the roof top carpark next door to the hotel. We stayed on a high floor and could still hear the yelling. Not the hotels fault but perhaps an issue that needs to be raised with the carpark security etc. I would still recommend and would stay here again.

Stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment which had a nice spacious lounge, kitchen with fridge and spacious bedroom with tv as well. Loved chrome casting to the tv which allowed access to YouTube and Netflix. The staff were courteous and prompt. I was able to get a disposable toothbrush within 10 mins to my room.

Beautiful renovation; unfortunately, didn't think about who would be staying here. NEED more drawers to make our trip easier. The apartment is gorgeous, but they also didn't think about people actually using the kitchen. They are very short on supplies; only 4 plates, bowls, glasses, etc. There should be enough to FILL the dishwasher so we aren't using so much water and detergent! Your staff is excellent and I will totally recommend. However, you need to rethink things to be sustainable. Also, check IKEA for drawer ideas to supplement current spaces. 😁

Good place to stay and the room is spacious. And really close to anywhere in the city.👍👍

Perhaps because it was remodeled, the interior facilities are excellent. Cooking is available in the guest room. Parking was 55 Australian dollars per day. It might seem expensive, but considering the convenient entry and exit, and unless you plan to move your car to a nearby parking lot based on time-based rates, it is a reasonable price.

Large suite, beautiful furnishings and finishings, wonderful staff and facilities.
