Great hotel, great staff, just no breakfast….they use the cafe downstairs which is 30min wait, understaffed, many people just give up. 5 star hotels should really not outsource breakfast to cafes too busy to take guests….especially when they have a restaurant in the hotel….if they fixed this I would give 5/5 but it is an issue and I hope management can address it

Service was fine until we were completely ignored. Bed fine. Location fine apart from loud music played until 3am and we had a flight to catch the next day so not very happy. Range 4 times with no answers to reception. I know i could have gone down to then but it was 1am and i was not happy so decided not to go down and blast them.

We love the QT Sydney. We hadn't had the chance for a city staycation for some time and stayed there in May for our anniversary. The room was spacious and funky. Which is great. However the included breakfast was terrible. The room they have is inadequate in size for the number of guests. It was understaffed and the included breakfast menu is limited. When the food came, after waiting nearly 35 minutes, the poached eggs were not anywhere near cooked, the food was cold and it was severely lacking. For a 5 star hotel, I believe it could have been a lot better. There used to be a breakfast buffet in the main restaurant. This was WAY better. I really would hope they can go back to this as the current option really isnt cutting it

Hotel in an excellent CBD location, very nice rooms and very good service, the decor was very Art Deco, we loved our stay
