The room is very small and smelt bit dusty. Looked like the cleaner doesn't clean our room properly. Not a good value for what we paid.

The hotel is lovely, but I haven’t received my security deposit after 2 weeks. I would change the review if I’ve received my deposit back Edit: I’ve changed it to 5 stars bcs finally I’ve received the deposit after 1 month

We stayed here two times during our visit to Australia. The first visit was perfect, great room and no complaints. However, our second visit was rough as our “first” room was without A/C and it was very warm and humid. They were able to move us the next day, but this second room had a very loud mechanical noise every 10 minutes that lasted all night (Room 105 = avoid!) that could be heard even with noise cancelling earbuds. Service members were always very nice and the location is great, but we truly struggled on our second visit.

I arrived in Sydney on a rainy early morning. The hotel was right in the center, near the harbor and the mall. The receptionist was very enthusiastic and helped us check in early. It was wonderful! 💖

We had a last-minute corporate call and our usual accommodation was fully booked, so got this Sydney Hotel QVB.. it turned out to be an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. The place is very clean, with a neutral but pleasant scent that immediately gives a sense of comfort.
