The Aviary Hotel

We have just had 4 nights at The Aviary. The standard here is exceptional. Staff - beautiful, friendly and so helpful. Room - awesome, clean and quiet. Food - amazing. A lot of hotels could take a leaf out of this book.

An absolutely beautiful new hotel in the heart of Siem Reap. Exceptionally kind and attentive staff. The rooms are very clean and wonderfully decorated. Breakfast is delicious. I really couldn’t have asked for a better experience overall!!

Accommodation booked in April 2025. Very good location, in a central area of ​​Siem Reap, near Pub Street and a few blocks from the avenues that run along the river, where there are several restaurant and shopping options. Despite being in a busy area, the architecture manages to maintain a very tranquil atmosphere in the hotel's interior. We stayed in the Deluxe Plus room, which was large, comfortable, and quiet, except during Songkran nights when all of Siem Reap is one long, three-day party. Even then, the noise level at night was tolerable. The hotel has a very good and convenient spa. We booked two days of guided tours to Angkor Wat and other sites in the hotel's car as soon as we arrived, and everything went well. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Points that need improvement: the breakfast, which has little variety, and the gym, which is very basic.

Loved my stay here! The room is modern, cozy, and very clean with beautiful décor. The bed was super comfortable and the whole space felt peaceful and relaxing. Great experience overall — highly recommended if you’re looking for a stylish and comfortable hotel. Would definitely stay again!

A very nice, modern boutique hotel in a good location. Two pools: one shaded on the ground floor, the other on the roof with sunset views. The rooms are very large, spacious, and very well-equipped. The shower is generously sized. We slept wonderfully. The laundry service works perfectly. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is limited but perfectly adequate. The only downsides are the queues at the single coffee machine and the limited outdoor seating, which unfortunately isn't set up. There's also a Japanese restaurant and a small café on the premises, both highly recommended. It's just a few minutes to the heart of Pub Street. There's a small gym, and a cute house cat in the very cozy lobby. Highly recommended!

Not sure why this hotel isn’t five stars. It’s excellent. Excellent service. Tidy, clean and modern hotel. Good breakfast and great location. Would definitely stay again.
