Beautiful hotel, large rooms, 2 pools, friendly staff, great location.
Simply brilliant. So close to pub street and Angkor Wat. Huge room in the Sambok Deluxe which we shall book again on our next trip, but stay for longer!
One of the best hotels I ever had. It was a great stay from the very beginning: friendly and very helpful staff, unique design of the rooms, organic and tasty breakfast, great location, two swimming pools, nice guides to the Angkor Wat. Thanks manager Rachana, always smiling and helpful.
Excellent hotel, well located for a visit to Angkor Wat ( short drive away) and plenty of bars restaurants and shops on the doorstep. The hotel is clean, with spacious rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. There are 2 pools here, both are good. The only thing stopping me giving this a 5 star rating is the speed of service when dining. We had breakfasts and 1 evening meal here. Both were painfully slow , which was a bit awkward especially when we were on a schedule to visit Angkor Wat. Im not sure if this is a regular thing, but if this issue was resolved, I would have rated it 5*. Other than this issue , I'd recommend this hotel for a stop in this part of Cambodia. Thank you.
Good location and very friendly staff. The rooms are nice but face each other so not great for privacy. My main issues - Breakfast is poor value and not included in the room rate. Go to a cafe, much better. The gym can’t be called a gym, it’s a tiny room with hardly any equipment. And finally the late check out fee is outrageous ($45) - about 60% of what I paid for the night for a couple of extra hours.
