Ginza High Collar (銀座ハイカラー) is a small gay bar on the 2nd floor of the Taimei Building at Ginza 6-3-16. Like most Tokyo gay bars, it is a counter bar where the master talks with a handful of regulars, quiet and conversational rather than a party. It is aimed at gay men, and women reportedly need to arrange a visit in advance.
It is reported to open on weekday evenings, but hours aren't confirmed. Expect a table charge on top of drinks, which is standard in Japan. A bit of Japanese helps here, and it's polite to check at the door that walk-in visitors are fine.

Small, hidden bar in Ginza. Staff are very friendly and charming if you happen to have staff on the night who speak English. We came here 2 nights and had lovely conversations with staff and guests. If you’re in Ginza, this is the place to come.
