I chose this hotel in Nishiki for one night, prioritizing price for personal use. It's only one street away from the main road, so I felt safe getting around during the day. There's a convenience store right nearby. It's best for women to avoid walking around the central Nishiki area alone. Even during the day, I saw drunk men walking around with liquor bottles in one hand and vacant eyes. Two doors down is a bar for mature women. Although I was on a high floor, I could hear loud bass music from the street for about an hour late at night during my stay. Perhaps because of the high floor, the shower pressure and drainage were poor, so I probably wouldn't stay for multiple nights.

I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days with my loved one. It was comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic. However, the air conditioner in the room was too cold no matter what temperature setting I used.
This hotel is good for those looking to eat, drink, and enjoy the nightlife in Sakae and Nishiki. However, the soundproofing is terrible. Drunk guests returning will wake you up multiple times between 2 and 3 in the morning, resulting in sleep deprivation. The free breakfast curry is truly delicious, so even if you're hungover, you should force yourself to eat at least one bowl.
