The reception was terrible. As others have said, not only was their attitude bad, but they also charged me a higher price than what was advertised.

The worst hotel experience I've ever had! The blankets and wallpaper smelled awful. I read in reviews that it was in a quiet alley, but in the three nights I stayed, I couldn't sleep a single night. The windows are just thin sheets of wood the size of a piece of paper, so you can hear all the street noise. Three nights filled with drunks shouting and vomiting, breaking glass bottles, and motorcycle races until 6 a.m. The reception staff did the bare minimum to help. Don't be fooled by the photos because you simply can't sleep. Plus, there were bedbugs; I woke up covered in bites. I'm giving it one star because I can't give it zero. A terrible experience.

I stayed with my partner. We checked in around midnight on January 20th, and the woman at the front desk had a terrible attitude. She sighed no matter what we did, interrupted us and replied in a harsh tone no matter what we asked, and ended up throwing our room key, which was very disappointing. There was nothing particularly noteworthy about the room. If I had to say something, the only thing that bothered me was the fact that it was a unit bath, but I guess that's unavoidable considering the location in Shibuya. It was quite disappointing, as other Best Delight hotels have excellent service. Please be careful if you are sensitive when staying at a Best Delight hotel. I will never come again.

I stayed here for a night. The front desk service was disastrous. You should have read the reviews and avoided this misfortune.
