Super comfy bed, sheets and pillows, quiet and clean.

Our flight missed the curfew and had to stay an extra night. While the whole process was smooth, thanks to the Jetstar crew, the hotel staff, which I reckon they had to do overtime, but still managed to handle the while thing well. Thank you team.

We stayed here for 3 nights on a trip from Canada to check out milford sound. Staff were lovely the resturant was a 10 out of 10 and the rooms were perfect. Great location if you have rented a car!

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Queenstown Remarkables Park from 20–23 May for a short relaxing getaway, and it was our first time staying at this hotel. We chose it because of the many positive reviews, and we are happy to say it truly lived up to our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Rachel at reception, who was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and helpful. She made us feel comfortable right away and gave us such a great first impression of the hotel. Our room had a beautiful mountain view and was very clean, modern, and well-appointed. The furniture and overall design felt fresh and comfortable. I am usually very particular about bathrooms and cleanliness, but I was genuinely impressed with how nice, spotless, and efficient everything was. Breakfast each morning was another highlight of our stay. The food was delicious, but what made the experience even more memorable was the wonderful staff. Special thanks to Cess for making such excellent coffee — I honestly didn’t miss my usual coffee in Auckland! Carol and Sweet were also incredibly warm and attentive. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel truly at home throughout our stay. Another great advantage of this hotel is its convenient location, especially being just across from the new movie house, which added to the enjoyment of our trip. Overall, our stay at Holiday Inn Queenstown was relaxing, comfortable, and memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on our future visits to Queenstown.

Food service let me down

Very far from central. Paid parking is normally full. But plenty of public paid parking available. Doesn’t have a good cafe. Balcony is split in 2 - totally useless. Very avg - nothing special.

Very well appointed hotel, clean and new. I will be coming back
