Some visitors praise the friendly staff, good value for money, and great views. However, many guests complain about very small, unclean, and noisy rooms with thin walls, and some experienced issues with reservations and uninhabitable conditions.

Room was clean. The only problem we had encountered was there's no internet connection for the TV. Even the live TV doesn't have a signal.

If you want to ruin your trip to the beautiful queenstown, just go for it. You will definitely regret it.

Lovely staff. The place needs an upgrade. Toilet paper holder was broken and kept coming undone, there's no option for hand soap, we had to go into the shower to get some soap, what looks like stuffed toilet paper covering a hole in the ceiling of the shower. We had to go to the bar anytime we wanted to fill our water bottle. Good if you will be out and about a lot
