What reviewers say

Visitors frequently praise the hotel's modern, clean rooms and its convenient location within the Five Mile shopping complex, offering easy access to shops and dining. However, a common complaint is the high cost of breakfast and perceived expense of the hotel for what it offers, with some also noting inconvenience due to the lack of dedicated hotel parking.

We had such a lovely stay at Sudima Queenstown! The location was perfect, it was close to everything we needed whilst still being a comfortable place to unwind after a day of exploring. Although we weren’t able to stay in the room we originally booked due to maintenance on Level 3, the team looked after us well and we still had a wonderful experience (not to mention, we still got the view we wanted) Most importantly, we got the rest and relaxation we needed during our trip. The staff were all incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which made a big difference. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sudima Queenstown to others. Looking forward to coming back!

We had an amazing stay at Sudima Queenstown as a family of four, and the experience became even more special because of YOGITA at reception. We had booked our room online at the very last minute, but from the moment we arrived, Yogita went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Her kindness, professionalism, and warm attitude made such a positive difference during our entire two-day stay. The hotel itself was excellent. The cleanliness, service, and overall atmosphere were outstanding. Everything was maintained beautifully, and it truly felt relaxing for both us and the kids. A big thank you to YOGITA for making our stay memorable. Staff like her are the reason guests come back again. Highly recommended for families visiting Queenstown!

Perfect for our weekend get away from Wanaka. Our focus was on shopping in Frankton, so the location couldn't have been better. Parking right outside the door. Modern and clean rooms, with ever so friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of tasty food on offer.
