The first room we checked into had no hot water heater working, the second room had a non-working shower head. Finally after the third try, being upgraded to a deluxe room we found everything in working order. This is a very well decorated hotel, but the major problem is it's very noisy from the highway. Early morning you hear loud truck sounds and motorcycles with no muffler.

The beddings are dirty The blanket is just a cover for the comforter But the lavatory is more confusing because it is outside the comfort room and the toilet bowl is not friendly for big person, and their stairs are kind of weird in a way that the width is too small and it's also too steep

The room ain't family friendly, I was also confused by the room architecture cause the lavatory's outside the restroom ಥ‿ಥ and the flush on the restroom was not working I was flustered 😭😭

Nice location south of downtown Sagay. Appears to be an expansion/addition currently under construction. Coffee Shop and Pharmacy in the same building. Located near City Hall and the State University of Norhern Negros
