The Belamy House

My daughter and I loved my stay here! My daughter really enjoys swimming and the rooftop pool had great views, so we extended our stay. Staff were always very friendly and helpful especially to Fara, Mariel and Mikaela and the guard at the entrance are really nice to talk with my daughter. Mariel and Mikaela even greeted my daughter's upcoming birthday, I love how they interact with my daughter because she's really happy and enjoys every minute we stay in Belamy that's why she's come back before our grab heads to airport to say bye. I would recommend staying here and we will definitely back soon.

I had an amazing and genuinely unforgettable stay at Belamy House. What stand out most about this hotel is the consistency of service, quality, the staff and its convenient location. Everything felt very seamless and well organized from the moment I arrived. AJ's check-in was welcoming and friendly. And also Mariel at the entrance deserves special recognition because I witnessed her opening the door while the guard was helping the other guests. She consistently greeted guests with a sincere grin and great energy, and I really like the way she smiles. She make a conversation with me while I was waiting for my queue since I was going to check out. Even though she said I could sit while waiting and I said it's okay, then she talked to me instead on how's my stay on belamy house. I also noticed how welcoming she is to other guests.

Superb rooftop pool! Clean rooms and nice staff

If you're going to stay in Makati, this might be the place for you. Rooms are like photos, large and clean and well-supplied. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Danni helped me resolve a seemingly mistaken over-charge (it was my fault, not Klook's, because of the use of Japanese yen converted to US$). Another put me in a different room for my week-long stay because conversation was coming through the adjacent door. 3 restaurants to choose from and they make your choice of meal. Just be careful of the area around the hotel, which is very busy, but two guys tried to rob me on my very first day (I made the mistake of wearing a watch and having my shoulder bag on my back, not to the front). Fortunately, I know their technique from Barcelona and I got away without them getting my wallet, only the zipper being undone. I yelled police police and none of the dozens of people within 20 yards even bothered to yell at them, much less tackle/stop them. So much for me wanting to return to Makati but this was hardly Belamy's fault. Pool is long enough for laps but narrow and shallow...

Good price for the location and the services would say this is a really decent 3 star hotel. Just outside the outskirts of the bustling CBD area so walking is not an issue, nearby have plenty of Fast food and bars.

The check-out process was terrible. They made us wait 20 minutes to check the room at 4 a.m., even though they knew we had an international flight and were running late. Furthermore, they charged us €3 for a glass pitcher that broke when we dropped it, after we explained it was an accident.

We spent 4 nights in the hotel. People at the front desk were really nice from the start to the end and it was the same for the entire staff. Nice room, nice location and nice service. The best deal quality / price in Manilla.
