Hilton Garden Inn Innsbruck Tivoli

Unfortunately, this was a second disappointment! The room door was open when we arrived at 11 pm, with an iron wedged in the door. The housekeeping card was still in the holder. The room hadn't been cleaned; only the bed linens had been changed. There was no toilet paper, and urine was everywhere on the toilet seat. It was dirty and dusty, with the previous guests' messes left behind. The cover for the bedside lamp was missing, as was the lightbulb. At the time, we were told that due to renovations, things weren't so simple. But today, I have absolutely no understanding for that!

I stayed at this Hilton for one night, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The front desk staff did not seem very welcoming or helpful to us. The room was also not up to the standard, coffee mug was dirty, there was dust near the bed, and the pillows were very uncomfortable. Overall, I expected better service and cleanliness from a Hilton property.

Beautiful, clean junior suite with a view of the mountains. It is a bit dated, but certainly no complaints.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, and a beautiful room. We stayed here when it was over 30°C in Innsbruck and the room was wonderfully fresh 👌 easily accessible by bus from the central station.

We stayed at the hotel for one night for a bachelor party. We all had single rooms, and most of them were very poorly cleaned. There was hair on the bathroom floor, and traces of the previous occupant were still visible in the toilet bowl. The ceiling covering in the shower was peeling. There was still water in the kettles. My room even had a window without curtains, blinds, or anything similar, so I was woken up by the morning light at 5:50 a.m. I was simply given the runaround, told that nothing could be done, etc. I found the service to be terrible—no attempt to accommodate me, nothing. Just: "It can't be changed," "Are you sure there's no protective film on it…," etc. For this price, we definitely expected something different… What a shame. The rooms themselves would have been stylish and nice.

I don’t know where to start off. Was very disappointed. Arrived here promptly at check in time. Entered my room, a few seconds after dropping my things down in the room I noticed the room was dirty. There was a few hairs on the pillow, there was dust bunnies sitting on the floor. (I’m highly allergic to dust) I went down to tell management and I was told to wait. A few minutes late I was told the room was to be cleaned again. There was no other available rooms as the hotel was fully booked. I waited 1.5 hour to have my room cleaned and I waited in the lobby. I was given a free drink voucher at the hotel bar but honestly that did nothing to appease me. After spending 7 hours driving just to get to the hotel that day I was severely disappointed. I don’t ever write reviews for hotels ever. But I had to write this experience down. I am a Diamond member for Hilton Hotels, and I was extremely let down with their service here in Innsbruck.

The receptionist was an elderly man in a bad mood. I requested in the morning that the kettle be replaced because it was broken, but when I returned from a hike to the hotel in the afternoon and I asked him about the broken kettle, he replied, "It's fixed," without properly checking. When I returned to my room, the kettle was still broken, and when I tried to make a phone call, the phone wasn't connected and unusable. I took the kettle and phone to the reception and complained, but he said they couldn't fix it. When another female receptionist came, she gave me a new kettle. My body cream was empty, and even after telling the cleaning staff, it remained empty for three days. How do you think I am happy gust or not??????

A centrally located hotel, nice view, and proximity to sports centers were prerequisites for us, and so the hotel fulfilled its purpose.
