Pleasant atmosphere at breakfast, well-stocked breakfast buffet, friendly and helpful staff.

Top service, top food, everything 10/10. Our waiters Luki and Timmi were especially attentive and made our evening particularly pleasant and relaxed. I highly recommend stopping by for a good steak, great service, and a nice atmosphere!

World-class breakfast; I haven't seen such a phenomenal breakfast except in 5-star hotels. The coffee was also good, which unfortunately isn't always the case in Austria. The room was very comfortable with a balcony, and although it faced the main road, it was very quiet. The hotel is very centrally located, and the staff is very friendly. The evening menu in the restaurant is unfortunately very limited, but the veal Wiener Schnitzel was very good. I would gladly return.

Coffee is as expensive as being on the moon

Terrible experience: Arrogant management and zero sleep. Do not book! I must report an unacceptable situation. I stayed here for three nights, and every single morning I was woken up at 5:30 AM by staff making extreme noise with laundry carts and cleaning equipment right outside my door. This is a clear violation of basic rest; it is impossible to relax here. Worse still, the owner (or manager) refused to even discuss the matter. I find this extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of addressing the issue, they choose arrogance. Further issues: • Zero Privacy: Despite hanging the "Do Not Disturb" sign, staff entered my room to clean while I was at breakfast without permission. I then had to wait outside for them to finish. • Breakfast Chaos: While the food is okay, the management is a joke. From 9:30 AM, the room is fully booked for outside guests, and staff pressure you to eat quickly and leave, as if we aren't paying customers. Plus, all the neighboring hotels offer the exact same breakfast. Paying for this hotel in advance is a huge mistake. I am deeply disappointed and strongly advise against staying here if you value respect and sleep.
